[edit] Criterion for Including

It is good that living persons are excluded. Also, it must be ensured that only those personalities who have made significant contributions, or were milestones, in their respective fields are included. For example, all Bishops or even all Arch-bishops need not be included. So also, including all Members of Legislature or even all Ministers will make the list too long and irrelevant.--202.83.36.160 (talk) 04:41, 16 January 2008 (UTC)
