[edit] New Article, lots of work

  • Given that this article is currently just a list, it has a long way to go before it becomes anything worth while on Wikipedia. Personally, I think we should model this article after List of Dartmouth College buildings or Cornell North Campus. For this, we will need to get many more pictures of the campus than currently is on wikipedia. I will be going to Syracuse in January, I could take shots of the campus then and add them to the commons repository for SU. --ZeWrestler Talk 17:26, 20 December 2007 (UTC)
Wow this is pretty ambitious. I see you have good models though, both of the examples seem very nice, too. Before reviewing those, I just tried adding some info on a few of the Comstock Tract buildings, putting a link to the Syracuse University-Comstock Tract Buildings article. Now I see that if the Dartmouth article model is followed, there should be a footnote in each of those places instead, which would be fine. The footnote from the Comstock article can be used as one source for each of the 15 buildings that it covers. The Comstock info should help a fair amount, I hope. doncram (talk) 09:53, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
This would probably be a useful source for some of the buildings on campus. http://housingmealplans.syr.edu/build_descrip/kim_mar.shtml --ZeWrestler Talk 23:02, 26 January 2008 (UTC)
