[edit] Where is Sarah Fisher?
[edit] Dahlia Tal does die
Dahlia Tal does die. If you don't kill her in the elevator you'll have to have sex with her. she appears later as a sniper and then you have no choice but to kill her. Even Lambert says that she has sniper skills that could disprove Kennedy conspiracy theories. Stop changing what I edit. It's getting annoying. I can't edit anything without stupid pimple faced kids editing my work.
Dahlia doesn't have to die. I'm a good shot with a Sticky Shocker, and I always take her out with that or a Ring Airfoil round while she's on the balcony. Sorry, pal. Joe routt 18:58, 20 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Appearances
If nobody has any objections, I think we should add a "First appears in:" line to each character. For when each of these characters are introduced in the series.
Some of the character bios here list their first appearances, but we could give it a more formal appearance in the scripts.
Or we could add "Appearances" and list all games/books that said characters appear in.
Just a thought.

[edit] Overhaul
I alphabetized the entire list by last name. This should give it a more streamlined appearance.
Next point of order should be trying to get pics of these characters.
TotalTommyTerror 23:17, 24 January 2006 (UTC)
- Under which copyright would they be added? Screenshots from Ubi? I want to make some screenies for this article. I also have Pandora Tomorrow, I could add some from that game too. They used to have pictures of them on their main site, but they restructured everything. ----Çiddlər 09:10, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Accuracy
It seems to me that a lot of the information in this article is either wrong or a fabrication as it does not appear in any of the splinter cell games (for example doug shetland's liking of lienz cossacks and support from the Russian government).
I could be on the other hand be incorrect as I have not read any of the splinter cell novels and this could be found there. Could someone who has read the books let us know if i am right or wrong before i add an inaccuracy tag?
Davfleming 17:33, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
I've played through all the Splinter Cell games, read one of the books, and also browsed through the official character profiles on Ubisoft's official website. I can say with certainty that a lot of the biographical information in this article is just made up. I'm trying to remove as much as possible. Joylock 22:54, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Milan Nedich vs Milos Nowak
Milan Nedić is a pseudonym taken by the character, shouldn't the entry about him reflect his real name? --NEMT 18:58, 5 October 2006 (UTC)
- Milan Nedich is how he's referred to in the game. Since wikipedia's policy is treat fictional characters as cultural artifacts rather than actual people, the in-game description wins. Joylock 22:52, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
Not entirely true, he is called Milos Nowak in the game. However, quite obviously, the psuedonym is used a lot more, since what his name is kind of becomes irrevelant soon after the mission that this is found to be true. As such, I say that his real name should be in parentheses next to his pseudonym.

[edit] Added info on Characters from SC:DA
I noted that some of the characters lacked info from their profiles in the manual. So I added some information from both the manual and in game data.
- You should add that in the Xbox version of SC:DA, Enrica is killed by Williams. You hear someone telling her to get inside, and see the person's head, who doesn't look like Williams. After that you hear two gunshots, and Fisher is talking to Williams and Williams admits to killing her.Lan Di 23:44, 29 October 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Sarah Fisher
We could use some more information on her; how she looks, any relevant information from the games or books, etc. GreenEarthPFC 23:53, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Interrogating Emile
The article is wrong - it is possible for Emile to be interrogated in the 360 and PC version. I edited the article. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 60.228.170.8 (talk) 04:28, 27 December 2006 (UTC).
[edit] Doug Shetland
Why can't the "Correction" at the end be removed/seen in the edit-page? It's simply wrong, for not Doug Shetland but the bad guy called Norman Soth was the one-legged guy. They may look pretty similar (both have no hairs...), but are two totally different persons. Next to this, Soth was killed in the final level of Pandorra Tomorrow. --84.129.205.221 17:07, 31 December 2006 (UTC), Oh it was already done by some other guy. It's okay then --84.129.205.221 17:09, 31 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Splinter Cell: Essentials
I've begun adding in material from Splinter Cell essentials to the list. Yes there are discrepencies between it as much as there are discrepencies between the two versions of Double Agent. But I've added the plot points as is. I won't be getting into any discussion of which stories are the most definitive versions, and just point out where they differ between each other.69.226.99.154 04:55, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Lambert doesn't die either way!
Whoever edited in that Lambert dies both ways, that is not true. You can see he maintains his body heat if you shoot Jamie, and he also shows up on your OPSAT - dead people don't show up on it. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Ras29 (talk • contribs) 01:08, 6 April 2007 (UTC).
[edit] To the asshats that removed the Version 2 information
This is considered vandalism, and do not attempt to remove the information again.
[edit] Removal of material from essentials is vandalism
It is an official splinter cell game, and while it might not be consistent, removal of information about the game's version of the events is vandalism. To remain neutral pov we must chronicle its version of the events, while commenting on the two versions of Double Agent as well (which aren't very consistent either). We won't know the "true" story until next game (at that point we can add "true" outcome, although material mentioned from previous games still diserve their place in order to point out differences and retcons in the storylines).Splintercell007 15:03, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
Splintercell007: I *DID NOT* remove the Splinter Cell: Essentials information. Wrong IP 64.85.234.166 13:03 12 April 2007 (UTC)
Alright, please forgive me :(. I must have clicked on the wrong IP talk page.Splintercell007 20:55, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Ellsworth Penitentiary
Considering there really is an Ellsworth prison, Ellsworth Correctional Facility[1], while it is possible the one in game "was based on "leavenworth", it might also be based on the actual Ellsworth facility.Splintercell007 15:53, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
I looked at some photos of Ellsworth prison; the real and the fictional one don't have much in common in terms of layout, structure etc. However, USP Ellsworth definitely shows some similarities with USP Leavenworth, for example the "half-star"-shaped layout or the big dominating rotunda in the middle. So I think it's safe to say that USP Ellworth is based on USP Leavenworth.
[edit] Andrei Alekseevich
I don't have an Xbox, so I was wondering, do you have to kill him?-68.112.145.172 20:43, 2 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Williams
I'm not entirely sure on this, but I think you can hear William's voice during the good ending credit sequence in Xbox 360 version of Double Agent. I think the guy issuing orders to capture Fisher, may be Williams, although his name is never given.132.160.43.102 (talk) 01:43, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
