[edit] Batman?
I may be wrong, but in the episode Reunion, one of Oliver and Lex's friends says he's going home to Gotham. Could he be Batman? Is his name ever mentioned? (Bruce?) Wrad 05:31, 13 May 2007 (UTC)
No, because the producers unfortunately said they couldn't include Batman at all do to legal issues.
- Besides, the above-referenced character actually died in the episode when his car blew up. He couldn't be Bruce Wayne then (in fact, he had another name, Alden I think). The reference is important though to indicate Gotham City does exist in the Smallville universe, just like Star City (Green Arrow's home town) and Themyscira (Wonder Woman's home land). 200.177.49.116 23:20, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
From the entry describing the Green arrow: "Although the Green Arrow is a distinct personality in the DC Universe, in Smallville, his character resembles that of Bruce Wayne - a man without any extraordinary powers who uses his abilities to fight crime." That sentence doesn't really make sense, particularly the word "although" because the depiction of the Green Arrow in the DC Universe is also very similar to Batman and it isn't something particular to Smallville.

[edit] Martian Manhunter
In the comics, the Martian Manhunter is known to have powers and abilities mentioned in the article such as shapeshifting, phasing, and super strength. However, in Smallville properly, the only MM powers we have actually seen are flight, probably telepathy, and something that looks like heat vision (although it is unclear whether the heat energy blasts seen on the TV series actually come from his eyes or not).
Considering that SV's version of the MM is not exactly identical to the comics version, I don't think any of his alleged powers or abilities should be listed before they are actually seen on the screen. A small note could be added to the article though mentioning other powers usually associated with the MM, but not seen yet on Smallville. 200.177.49.116 23:13, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Cyborg
I added "enhanced speed and agility" to Victor Stone's powers and abilities. 200.177.49.116 23:33, 28 August 2007 (UTC)
