[edit] Bandy versus Brandy
- In the series opener for series 2, Dale's father is named Bandy. Although some people think it's Brandy, I have just re-watched the episode and I double-checked the credits of the TV show, and Geoffrey Hughes's character is indeed listed as "Bandy" (not "Brandy") in the closing credits. I have once again changed the information on this article to reflect this. Please don't change it back to "Brandy". If you need further proof, re-watch the closing credits. - I am still in dispute of this statement, however I will check the credits (again) on tomorrows airing however it should be noted that on all listings Geoffrey Hughes is listed as "Brandy", but until I see evidence I personally will not edit the page again.
[edit] Character: Sketch
- "After this, she breaks into Maxxie's home and pleasures herself in the room of the object of her desire."
- Euphemisms? Surely she 'masturbates', assuming it's even relevant - this whole section is a bit messy, presumably because no-one knew much about the character until the episode aired recently. It's a bit too focussed on the plot of the second episode for a brief character profile, isn't it?
I'd jump in and edit it myself, but don't have much info to add so it'd just be cutting away other people's words, and I don't want to step on anyones toes, so just a comment.
;)
Bishtothebosh (talk) 03:25, 19 February 2008 (UTC)- No-one's said or done anything, so I've made a few minor changes to the wording (inc. 'masturbates'), and added a couple of sentences to help the synopsis make sense, but won't do much else until someone responds! Personally, I'm still not too sure there should be an episode synopsis in this section. Bishtothebosh (talk) 20:25, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Spoilers
Thanks to whoever added the info about Michelle's sister. i managed to stay spoiler free till i read that. good one. someone should add a spoiler warning or take it off the page Princesskirsty (talk) 22:33, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
- As their are no plot details only the mention of a new character being introduced, this information does not count as a spoiler, so it does not seem reasonable that it should be removed.Benv-b92 (talk) 00:45, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
- well yeah i realise that, i just kinda flew off the handle when i read it then wrote that^^. but i really think that there should be some sort of warning at the top of the page for other spoiler-free types such as myself. Princesskirsty (talk) 12:11, 26 February 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Mysterious Girl from Season 2, Episode 6 "Tony"
Should there be any information about this character? It's highly likely (although never made completely clear)that she was a figment of Tony's imagination, and of course she is never given a name, but even still she was a key character of that episode, and one of the main reasons he gains his confidence and intelligence back. I feel she should at least be mentioned in Tony's character summary. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Prodigis (talk • contribs) 22:19, 27 March 2008 (UTC)
- She could perhaps be mentioned in Tony's character bio, but she doesn't need her own character outline. The creators of Skins have announced that the cast will not return for series 3, and thus it's highly unlikely that Beth (that's her name) will make another appearance. Like I said, it'd make sense to mention her in Tony's bio, but she doesn't need a lot of information. Angel caboodle (talk) 23:26, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
[edit] Character table
I changed the main characters section to a table. I think it looks better, and clearly shows which episodes the characters were featured. I condensed quite a lot of the character descriptions, since these characters have their own pages only a very brief summary is really necessary. I am considering making a table for the supporting characters also, but would rather wait to see what the general consensus is on this table first. Sanders11 (talk) 19:27, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
