[edit] Picture from SPP

I don't think that picture should be used without permission. Can somebody please remove it. Cipher (Yell) 22:45, 14 December 2006 (UTC)

Someone should acquire pictures from a game guide, or at least the Diamond/Pearl manual of these gym leaders as scans. It's remained this way for months and we should be allowed to under the fair use act.

[edit] Names

Can someone add that Tougan's name comes from a type of Melon? If you see google image search on the name, it means a sort of fruit.—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.162.194.129 (talk) 22:24, 10 January 2007 (UTC)

Denji's name means Electromagnetic, according to wikipedia itself, and his name fits his type—The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.162.194.129 (talk) 22:24, 10 January 2007 (UTC)

Why can't you add it? You can clearly edit a page. >_> -Sukecchi 15:18, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
Sprotected. that guy's an anon. Anyways, if you don't add that stuff within the next 24 hours, I will. (No time now.) Cheers, The Raven's Apprentice(Profile|PokéNav|Trainer Card) 16:39, 11 January 2007 (UTC)
I didn't know when that was added...I assumed it was from a while ago. Anyway, I looked up Tougan...a multitude of things came up, melon, flowers,...fish. So we can't say for sure what his name is based on. Denji, yeah, that makes sense, I'll add it. -Sukecchi 17:42, 11 January 2007 (UTC)

A multitude of sites, though, say that tougan is a type of Melon. I may create a wikipedia account to type in their pokemon's statistics. - —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 69.162.194.129 (talk) 21:31, 11 January 2007 (UTC)

Tougan is also a town in Africa. But that and melon don't really seem to have anything to do with him (Steel-type user, apparently).—M_C_Y_1008 (talk/contribs) 00:32, 3 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Artwork

Will not the official site update with more artworks? How will we get them? - Mitsumasa 13:15, 16 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Denzi? Denji?

Curious as to where this particular romanisation came from. - Sotomura (Tetsuya-san) (yell : see) 09:51, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

http://bmgf.bulbagarden.net/showthread.php?p=332110#post332110 Look at the image (if you can, it shows Denji's name as Denzi. -Sukecchi 10:13, 4 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Another relationship within the game

Should it be mentioned under either/both Roark and/or Byron that the Udnerground Man(the one that gives you the Explorer Kit in Eterna) is also related to them? AS for proof, a person in Sunyshore says this in the game. Check if you'd like. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mario66 (talkcontribs)

Go add it as a one-liner under Roark if you want to. It doesn't matter either way. --The Raven's Apprentice (PokéNav|Trainer Card) 14:01, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Maylene's father

I don't own the American version of DP, but is it said ingame that "her father is addicted to gambling" or something along those lines like in the Japanese version? If it is, I think it should be added to her section. --Koheiman 13:13, 18 June 2007 (UTC)

I think it just says he hangs around the Game corner a lot in the translation.
But we know what that means.—Loveはドコ? (talkcontribs) 02:08, 19 June 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Volkner?

Can anyone confirm that he is not the Gym Leader for Sunnyshore in Platinum? If it can't be confirmed, it should be removed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.207.202.168 (talk) 20:44, 2 June 2008 (UTC)

That shouldn't have been there in the first place. That has been a rumor since we heard about the game. -Sukecchi (talk) 22:22, 2 June 2008 (UTC)
