Talk:List of Seattle street fairs and parades

[edit] Things to add

When I was doing the research that Bobblehead used to create this article, I was focused on substantiating the number of neighborhoods that had such fairs and parades. There are more to add (other stuff in the International District, Bon Odori, Pride Parade, MLK Day parade, etc.) but we'll need to find citations for those. I've taken the liberty of adding the Torchlight Parade because it has an article, although that article needs citation. - Jmabel | Talk 07:05, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

Some minimal references: Bon Odori [1] and a good history through 2002 at [2], Pride Parade [3], MLK Day parade [4] and [5] (possibly 2 different parades, the former more political?).

The International District has Night Market (founded 2006, I believe, happened two evenings in 2007) for which I don't see much decent online. Can someone find a good citation for this or think of other ID events we're not covering?

And I'm sure there must be more elsewhere in Seattle that hasn't leapt to mind for me. - Jmabel | Talk 07:53, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
