[edit] Split?

This article is pretty big (54K), so should it be split in some way? I'm thinking that each section in this article could be moved into its own article, and this article could be turned into a more simple list with all of the lines that links to the more detailed articles. I'm not sure we really need 50 or 60 separate articles for each Muni line. There's a PDF link for each, and people can go to the website for more info. Zepheus 07:01, 1 May 2006 (UTC)

You can create new articles for the important lines (such as the 38 Geary or the 15 Third), but splitting this article may not be a good idea. Physicq210 18:55, 21 May 2006 (UTC)

(reviving discussion) I was thinking of splitting the article to further categorize the wikitable like categorizing the routes to crosstown, community service, to/from downtown, stuff like that. Any thoughts? —BoL 03:11, 27 February 2008 (UTC)

You may have noticed I have created lots of red links for creating bus route stubs. You can create a redirect on the 38 Geary to the B Geary if you want. You can delete/revert these links for all I care. Goodshoped35110s 03:37, 30 September 2007 (UTC)
