This is in case someone wants to write the article. I'm not good at writing new articles, only editing existing ones, spelling etc....

SNES9xpp XE (before times SE) is based on SNES9x. It contains additionally useful scaling characteristics, an improved sound Kernel and still some more. By all these details it replaces SNES9x and ZSNES in the valuation. The reference! Author/s: nose

[edit] Platform order
I was thinking about adding MS-DOS OS into the list, but I'm not really sure in which order the platforms should come. Does anyone have some suggestions?
