[edit] Cleanup and/or renaming needed
Every event Ring of Honor has done isn't notable, so this list either needs massive cleanup or a rename. Something such as "Ring of Honor pay per views" would be fine. Many independent promotions name all their events, that doesn't mean all are notable and certainly doesn't mean they need to be listed. I started this discussion: Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Professional_wrestling#List_of_Ring_of_Honor_Events to help get some input on the matter. I'm considering putting this article in AFD if I don't get many responses in the next week or so. RobJ1981 (talk) 04:48, 22 April 2008 (UTC)
I disagree. this is a good quick refrence to all ROH shows (names, dates, etc..). It is good for collectors such as myself that are trying to collect all the DVds, it is a quick check list. I think that most all are notable. Each event has always stood on it's own. If anything I would like to see a match listing for each event so you could referece each one easier. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.145.220.220 (talk) 16:50, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
I too disagree. It's a very useful reference page and while there are few links to the events themselves, I have still referred to it many times to find out when certain events were held, what they were called and so on, so I believe it should not be a candidate for deletion. I definitely have to disagree. I stumbled upon this article after doing a search for location for a particular event. This list is much easier to deal with than having to work through ROH's site searching for things. As someone who is nowhere near being a longtime ROH follower, this type of list is a definite asset.
