[edit] Station names

Why are all the articles called "xxx railway station, Perth" and not "xxx railway station"? The disambiguator is not necessary unless there is some confusion with a railway staion of the same name in some other place. I moved a few before realising there's lots of misnamed articles. —Moondyne 08:15, 10 January 2007 (UTC)

I've noticed that's been done with Melbourne and other cities as well. It seems to be if they're part of a metro rail network they're called ", Perth" and if not, ", Western Australia". Not sure why it's been done that way though. Orderinchaos78 11:51, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
