[edit] title in capital letters

i changed the title... to put capital letters in a title is out of... how to say it politically correctly? a logo can appear in the article though... kernitou talk 06:15, 7 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Amita

I'm not sure who keeps adding the 'ship references back into this article, but please stop. According to Cheryl Heuton, the character will not be deciding between Harvard and Charlie in season three, but which job is best for her career. Wikipedia is not the place to project fan desires, but what has been shown in the canon of the series. A possible relationship with Charlie is mentioned already as well as her stated point that she wasn't ready for anything serious at this time. When/if something happens on-screen, then by all means it will be added into the article. --LadyShelley 19:10, 11 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] One shot characters?

Do we really want to have one shot characters like Merrick and Billy Cooper? These are characters that will likely never be seen on the series again. If we take this as an example, just about any character seen in the series could be listed. --LadyShelley 19:36, 22 April 2007 (UTC)

If we are limiting this page only to characters who may continue in supporting or recurring roles, then Terri Lake ought to be removed as well. Besides, while Merrick's reappearance might be a long shot, there is a possibility that Billy Cooper may make another appearance. Max Martini may take a hiatus from The Unit, or the series might be cancelled. Given the character's popularity among NUMB3RS fans, and the fact that both the creators and some members of the main cast keep an eye on fan sites, it's not a completely far-fetched idea. --Lady Eternal 01:13, 19 May 2007 (UTC)

If that happens, we can put the information back in. For now, those two really don't belong. -- Beardo (talk) 02:46, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Ian Edgerton

Do we need the line about the tremor in his hand. When I watched the episode, it was clear to me that this was done to scare the informant. Obviously Edgerton had no problem making the shot in the end. I believe the tremor was just for show. Prsgoddess187 20:55, 22 May 2007 (UTC)

I agree. And even if it wasn't intentional, it's too trivial a detail for an encyclopedia article. If Edgerton comes back and it's a plot point, the fact that it was foreshadowed can be added back in. Kolindigo 21:19, 22 May 2007 (UTC)

I don't know who added the "kickboxing and kung fu" line to Ian's character description, but it's pointless, baseless and does not conform to anything in canon. Hand-to-hand combat is standard training for military, DOJ agents and law enforcement. Nothing has been specifically cited or shown that would identify either of those disciplines as something Ian studied, let alone long enough to be itemized. More importantly, *there was absolutely nothing in "Two Daughters" to indicate Ian had kickboxed the teenager into rolling on Crystal*. Nothing. Such speculation could go on all day about Ian's background, including what branch of the military he came from, as he is seen wearing military fatigues and dog tags in his second season appearance. But, as has been pointed out regarding other points in this entire article, until it becomes canon, it doesn't belong here.- 3/3/08 LadyEternal —Preceding unsigned comment added by 12.1.21.11 (talk) 03:26, 4 March 2008 (UTC)

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

[edit] David Sinclair

Why isn't David Sinclair listed as a main character? He is the only of Don's agents who's there since season 1. I think he falls in the same category of Colby, if not higher... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.86.193.35 (talk) 07:19, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
