Talk:List of New York City parks

Is it necessary to list parks on this page that do not have corresponding entries on Wikipedia? The NYC Department of Parks and Recreation maintains a complete list of all parks, for whcih a link is provided in the article.

Ideally, yes, we should have every park on this list. But only some of the parks (those that are most notable) will merit their own articles—the minor ones should be listed, but unlinked.--Pharos 23:44, 26 July 2007 (UTC)
