Talk:List of Mega Digimon (Part 1)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

List of Mega Digimon (Part 1) is within the scope of WikiProject Digimon, which aims to organize, expand, clean up, and guide Digimon related articles on Wikipedia.

Notice Attention: Another massive article task is on the horizon, and we will be moving many Digimon lists and articles off of Wikipedia and onto a new wiki. See WT:DIGI#Transwiki for the discussion.

[edit] Name

I'd like to point out that Z'dGarurumon is a more plausible name then ZeedGarurumon.

1st Evidence: Z'd is printed on the armor of the Digimon, if you look at it. 2nd Evidence: Z'd and Zeed in fact are the same when expressed in katakana/romaji. Zuiido/ズイーオ. 3rd Evidence: The word Zeed is used in the context of the false prophet who appears in the end of the world. I don't see how this Digimon is in anyway related to that, unlike ZeedMillieniumon who fits the description.

If this isn't convincing enough, then I would recommend you just leave it in the romanized form (ZUIIDOGARURUMON) and wait for an official source to state his name in english. -SakuyamonX March 4th 12:53 PM

  • I see your point, and will leave it as such. Still, d'Arcmon is the only digimon to use an apostrophe, and that one makes sense. Nonetheless, the armor DOES say z'd, and his name could even be ZordGarurumon... so I will leave it alone. -Blue Mage

Z'dGarurumon is shown in the G.O.D. event in Japan. =) Kennethayes 15:14, 22 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Apocalymon.jpg

Image:Apocalymon.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
