Would the case 11389/85 Morissens v. Belgium be suitable here? From one hand - the teacher has come out and accused authorities of homophobia; from another - ECHR has held that hiring her was just due to incorrect criticism, without referring to sexual orientation. 86.63.173.12 (talk) 12:58, 4 June 2008 (UTC)
