If the article is to be a list of kebabs, then there should not be a division into countries; for example, a Doner kebab is served in the UK as well as Turkey and many other countries. Maybe better to have a plain old alphabetical list. Perhaps the article lists kebabs in terms of cultural origin ? But then this should be made clear and the title of the article changed accordingly.
