[edit] Sources

The following need a reliable source that says they are Greek Americans:

Mad Jack 21:44, 2 September 2006 (UTC)

Books by Scourby 1984, Saloutos 1964, Moskos 1980, Zotos 1976, Xenides 1964.

There are books as far back as the 1920s. Each new wave of Greek Americans sometimes ignored those who came before them.

There should be a separate section for deceased Greek Americans. There were Greeks here since Columbus: Paradis advisor to Franklin & Jefferson, born in Greece; Delarof, first Russian governor of Alaska; Evangelides in Cullen Bryant poem. Look at the "political graveyard" website.

You need a discussion section so those with incomplete clues can contribute, and a to-do list can be posted. Move these comments to discussion section.

Write a PERL script to pluck biographies out of Marquis on Lexis Nexis. (Search for "Greek NOT NEAR fraternity" or use the list of ARCHONS.org)
