Talk:List of Finnish modern frigates
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Hybrid: This is certainly not humbug. Those are the three modern frigates that have served with the Finnish navy, see "Uusimaa", "Hämeenmaa" and "Matti Kurki" here [1]. The Matti Kurki has its own entry here.
If we go back to the 19th century, there were an additional 5 frigates that served with the "Finska havsekipaget":
Type | Name | Time |
---|---|---|
Frigate | Jekaterina | 1831- |
Frigate | Bellona | 1831- |
Frigate | Melpomene | 1842- |
Steam frigate | Kaleva | 1859 |
Steam frigate | Olof | 1853-1856 |

...also The Hybrid: Please read the text of patent nonsense again:
"1. Total nonsense - i.e. text or random characters that have no assignable meaning at all. This includes things like "asgoi;aw!@$egioih0412%!2", where random keys of the keyboard have been pressed.
2. Content that, while apparently meaningful after a fashion, is so completely and irredeemably confused that no intelligent person can be expected to make any sense of it whatsoever."
The reporting fails both criterias. MoRsE 11:29, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
- Agreed, I apologize. I thought that frigate was a word someone had just made up. I'll be more careful in the future. Cheers, -- THLCCD 11:52, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
