With the exception of the main characters and those who had playable appearances in other games (namely Sodom and Rolento), I took the liberty of merging all Final Fight characters into one list. Personally, I think it was getting ridiculous how every single boss in the game had his own article, no matter how little backstory they have. Especially considering most of them rehashed plot summanary. I will develop a similar list for Final Fight 2 and Final Fight 3 characters. Jonny2x4 02:26, 15 November 2005 (UTC)

These little articles are really ridiculous. Last weekend I thought of merging them, but didn't have time. Thanks a lot for doing this. Avel791 00:02, 16 November 2005 (UTC)
So how we should we handle Final Fight 2 and 3 characters. They're even less significant than the ones from the original (with the exception of Maki). I don't think two more lists would be neccesary. I also tempted to have the Andore and Poison articles redirect here, since they don't have much vital info that isn't covered here. Poison's role in SF3 is more of a cameo than an actual participant. Cody, Haggar, Guy, Sodom, Rolento and (probably) Maki will be left to their own articles, since they have significant presence outside the series. Jonny2x4 01:04, 18 November 2005 (UTC)
Poison isn't a major character, but I think she should get a separate article, simply because of the weird and wonderful history of how this character came to be as he/she is. Mr. Pointy 15:19, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
Agreed. That and she has appeared in games beyond Final Fight (Street Fighter 3 and Snk Vs Capcom: Chaos) and would have been a fully playable character in Capcom Fighting All Stars. Heck if anything she's also one of the most recognizable characters from the game alongside the others mentioned here.--Kung Fu Man 02:04, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

Maybe I missed it but the list of enemies for the original arcade version of Final Fight does not seem to include the heavy charging enemies: G.Oriber, Bill Bull and Wong Who (in order of weakest to strongest). - Wrong again - they are indeed included!

I'm no expert on the Japanese language, but I don't believe the voice actor in FF:Streetwise mispronounced Andore's name as suggested in this article. I believe Andore is an Anglicized version of the Japanese spelling of the name Andre, as in Andre the Giant (who inspired the character).
