[edit] List by date or by topic?
Wouldn't it be better to list papyri by topic rather than by date? Because dates are so uncertain, and because the original example of a given work may date hundreds of years before the extant copy, why does it make any sense to list them by their dates? Jeff Dahl 23:20, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Removing "List of Egyptian papyri by date" and "Papyri (chronology)"
These two pages should be removed as they serve no real purpose anymore since a sortable list of papyri is available. - Andi d (talk) 05:57, 4 May 2008 (UTC)
