Vashti Murphy McKenzie was initiated in the Baltimore, MD Alumnae Chapter of DST.

Mary Church Terrell was an honorary member of DST.

I think that a section should be included for Delta Sorors who are in the military. Two very important Deltas Lt. Col Karen Wagner and Lt. Col. Marily D. Wills played major roles assisting other and serving their country in the 9-11 terrorists attack on the Pentagon. Also, I did not see a section on the AKA list of Notable members for military notable members either. Thanks, HistoricDST 03:25, 26 December 2007 (UTC)

The following members are not honorary members of DST. They are Myrlie Evers-Williams, Natlie Cole and Dr. Johnnetta B. Cole. I am not certain what chapter they pledged, but I will find out. Thanks, HistoricDST 23:35, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
