Talk:List of Dartmouth College faculty

[edit] Template for adding new entries
is right here. Use the {{sortname}} template as indicated (click it for documentation). The second line is the person's faculty position, the third and fourth his starting and ending dates, and the fifth his graduation year, if an alumnus. (If not, just put "no".) For the final line, the citation, please use a {{cite}} tag (I've been using {{cite web}} and {{cite news}}). If the person is an active faculty member, put "(active)" in the fourth column and add bgcolor="#A8FF9C" to the row header line to highlight it in green.
Just thought I'd add it so that you don't have to copy it from another and delete out all the content in there. Dylan (talk) 09:41, 14 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Hermon Hosmer Scott
I've removed Hermon Hosmer Scott from the list (Tuck) because his source is not a reliable one, and Google isn't helping out as far as finding an alternative is concerned. Feel free to add him back if you can find a good source. Dylan 16:34, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Errol Hill
Can we mention Errol Hill? He was Dartmouth's first tenured African-American, and he has an entry in the Literary Encylopedia. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pops Culture (talk • contribs) 05:46, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
