Talk:List of Canadian comedians

I'm confused. There is this list, of Canadian comedians (which is obviously non-exhaustive), and doesn't limit itself to comedians who are actors/actresses in TV/Movies, or still actively tour... What is the point of this list... and even moreso, what is the point of having a SEPARATE list of Quebec comedians instead of having a separate category in this list?
