[edit] Alphabetization
Would it be better to change this list to reflect alpahbetization by last names? Unser the present system, should we alpabetize "John Allen Smith" ahead of "John Samuelson" because of the middle name, or should we go by first name then last name? Pete unseth 11:40, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
- Yeah, I was also thinking it was peculiar to alphabetize by first name. Alphabetization should be by last name. Hence:
- Samelson, John
- Smith, John Allen
- Just my two cents. --woggly 16:30, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Sortable table
As per the discussion at Talk:Bible translations by language#Suggested Merge, this list should be made into a sortable table. After that is done, depending on the consensus of editors, it can either remain under its current title here (List of Bible translators) or added to the end of Bible translations by language (the merge option).
I personally have no preference whether or not to merge, but I do think the sortable table would be far more useful than the present format of the list. Dovi 07:32, 8 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Bisaya-Inunhan NT (Ang Mayad nga Balita it Bag-o nga Kasugtanan)
Finding a citable reference on the world wide web for this translation may be a challenge. The evidence for inserting this section is that I myself possess a signed copy, kindly given to me by the translator in 2000. DFH (talk) 21:31, 26 November 2007 (UTC)
