List of rivers of England
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This is a list of rivers of England, organised geographically and taken anti-clockwise, from Land's End. It includes the whole length of those rivers whose estuary lies wholly or partly in England and thus includes a number of tributaries which are wholly or partly in Wales or are wholly or partly in Scotland. For Northern Irish rivers see the Rivers of Ireland article. For Scottish rivers see List of rivers in Scotland. For Welsh rivers, see List of rivers of Wales. Tributaries are listed down the page in an upstream direction.
For simplicity, they are divided here by the sea into which the river system flows.
