List of rivers of Austria
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This is a list of rivers at least partially located in Austria. Nearly all of Austria is drained by the Danube into the Black Sea. Rivers that flow into the sea are sorted alphabetically. Rivers that flow into other rivers are sorted by the proximity of their points of confluence to the sea (the lower in the list, the more upstream). Some rivers (e.g. Vltava) do not flow through Austria themselves, but they are mentioned for having Austrian tributaries. They are given in italics. An alphabetical list of Austrian rivers is given at the end.
