Toonami Jetstream is Toonami's online video service. In addition to hosting episodes of series already aired by Toonami, it features several shows that have either finished airing on Toonami or have yet to in their entirety.

Astro Boy March 8, 2004 The 2003 version of the series was the last series to premiere in the daytime version of Toonami.
Bakugan Battle Brawlers March 22, 2008 Aired for only one week, though originally scheduled to be on Toonami longer. New episodes air on Saturday morning.
The Big O April 2, 2001 The original season aired on Toonami. The second season, co-produced by Cartoon Network, was an Adult Swim exclusive.
Blue Dragon March 29, 2008 Toonami merely aired encore presentations of episodes that premiered on the respective Saturday.
Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo September 30, 2005 The first and only Toonami series to premiere on the Cartoon Network Fridays block. Reruns on Toonami Jetstream.
Cardcaptors June 1, 2001 Nelvana-produced version aired briefly on Toonami while new episodes aired on Kids' WB.

G-Force: Guardians of Space January 1/2 2000 One of the first anime series on Cartoon Network, it made a brief reappearance in 2000 on Toonami's midnight block replacing Robotech and later Voltron.

IGPX (regular-series) November 5, 2005 Season 1 and half of Season 2 aired on Toonami. Set to air reruns on Toonami Jetstream.
MÄR July 14, 2006 A Toonami Jetstream exclusive, it briefly aired on Toonami.Reruns on Toonami Jetstream.
Mega Man Star Force July 23, 2007 Aired a faux movie on Toonami. Now airs biweekly only on Toonami Jetstream.
Mobile Suit Gundam July 23, 2001 Run abbreviated due to events of 9/11.
Naruto September 10, 2005 Airs on Toonami and reruns Toonami Jetstream.
One Piece April 23, 2005 Briefly airing on 4Kids, the remainder of the 4Kids run and the current FUNimation run was Toonami exclusive. Airs (unedited) reruns on Toonami Jetstream.
Outlaw Star January 15, 2001 Twenty-five of the 26 episodes aired on Toonami. Episode 23, "Hot Springs of Planet Tenrei," was the only skipped episode of the series.
Patlabor A second-cycle Toonami Reactor-exclusive.
Pokémon Chronicles Also aired on Miguzi. Aired reruns on Toonami Jetstream. Now finished.

Ronin Warriors September 27, 1999 Originally syndicated in the US in 1995, this was the first premiere series of the TOM-era of Toonami.
Robotech January 12, 1998 Only the Macross and Masters episodes aired on Toonami. The final episode of the Southern Cross episodes aired during Giant Robot Week.
Rurouni Kenshin March 17, 2003 The first 48 episodes aired on Toonami, and episodes 49-62 aired on SVES.
Sailor Moon June 1, 1998 The original DiC-produced episodes, including the previously Canadian-exclusive "Lost Episodes" aired throughout 1998 and 1999. The Cloverway-produced Sailor Moon S and Supers aired in 2000 with two skipped episodes (they aired in later reruns). The "Sailor Stars" arc of the series never aired in the U.S.
SD Gundam Force September 1, 2003 The first 26 episodes aired on Toonami. Also, the first Gundam series to premiere outside of Japan.

Transformers: Armada August 23, 2002 Initially premiered as a special movie episode.
Transformers: Energon January 31, 2004 Only four episodes aired on Toonami as a special marathon.
Transformers: Cybertron July 2, 2005 Aired select new episodes. The rest aired on weekday mornings and on Kids' WB!
The Prince of Tennis July 14, 2006 Now only airs on Toonami Jetstream.
Voltron March 17, 1997 Reruns on Adult Swim.
Yu-Gi-Oh! August 6, 2005 Only six episodes aired on Toonami. The entire series aired on Kids' WB.
Yu-Gi-Oh! GX October 28, 2006 Originally aired on the now-defunct Miguzi block. Midway during its second season, it moved to Toonami for new episodes, then the new episodes returned to Miguzi, however reruns continued to air on Toonami for awhile. The first part of the third season aired on Toonami, then the show left Toonami and moved to Saturday mornings. Now the show exclusively airs on 4Kids TV.
YuYu Hakusho February 23, 2003 Originally on Adult Swim, only the first 88 episodes aired on Toonami. The rest aired on on a Saturday-morning line-up.
Zatch Bell! March 5, 2005 On hiatus on T.V. Reruns on Toonami Jetstream.
Zoids: Chaotic Century July 29, 2002 Originally an early-morning series, the series premiered officially on Toonami in July 2002. The final episodes were part of an event in January 2003.

The Powerpuff Girls July 11, 1999 Half-hour special in development. Powerpuff Girls Z, the sequel to the series, aired on TV-Tokyo & Affiliates in Japan, later re-running on Cartoon Network of Japan.
The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest March 17, 1997 Originally on TBS, TNT, and Cartoon Network, it became a Toonami exclusive on launch. Reruns on Boomerang.
ReBoot March 15, 1999 The third and fourth seasons were Toonami-exclusives in the US. Animated film trilogy in development.
Samurai Jack August 10, 2001 Aired very few episodes on Toonami, airing other episodes on early-morning Cartoon Network. Also aired on Toonami Jetstream. Animated movie currently in the works at Frederator Films. Now back airing reruns.
Storm Hawks May 25, 2007 Began premiering mid-season.
Superfriends October 1998 Reruns on Boomerang.
