The Mayor is the highest elected official in Trois-Rivières, in the Mauricie region of Quebec. Since its incorporation in 1845, the city has had thirty-six mayors.

  16. ^ Bettez was the Liberal Member of Parliament for the district of Three Rivers and St. Maurice from 1925 to 1931.
  17. ^ Mongrain ran as the Liberal candidate for the district of Trois-Rivières against Premier and incumbent MLA Maurice Duplessis in 1952. He lost.
  18. ^ The name of the Mayor of Shawinigan during the same period was also Gérard Dufresne.
