List of diplomatic missions in Estonia
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This page lists diplomatic missions resident in Estonia. At present, the capital city of Tallinn hosts 27 embassies. Many other countries have ambassadors accredited to Estonia, with most being resident in Moscow or other Nordic capitals.
Prior to its accession to the European Union on 1 May 2004, Estonia hosted fewer embassies than it presently does. Following membership, more EU member states have opened missions in Tallinn, such as Belgium, Hungary, Ireland, Portugal and Spain. Georgia's embassy is the newest in Tallinn, having been opened in early 2007 with a resident chargé d'affaires.
