List of countries by per capita personal income
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This is a list of countries by annual total personal income per capita for various years between 2001 and 2008. Unless otherwise noted, this data was collected by the World Salaries Group based on household budget surveys (including the U.S. Consumer Expenditure Survey, the Netherlands Family Income and Expenditure Survey, the Swedish Household Budget Survey) and converted in international dollars using the IMF PPP exchange rates adjusted with the U.S. inflation rate to reflect the purchasing power worldwide that would be obtained in 2005 in the U.S. Disposable personal income is total personal income minus personal current taxes.
