[edit] Team Possible

[edit] Kim Possible

The team leader, this red-haired crime-fighter who saves the world, also tries to live a normal teenage life; dealing with everyday problems. She has been Ron's best friend since Pre-K, and has been his girlfriend since the night of their junior prom (Season 3). Naturally, her name makes reference to the word "impossible". Kim's dialogue tends to be peppered with not-so-typical teen slang; for example, "So not the drama" and "No big", as well as the series' catchphrase, "What's the sitch?" (slang for situation). She always butts in but she saves the day.

[edit] Ron Stoppable

Main article: Ron Stoppable

Kim's best friend since Pre-K, partner, and later, boyfriend. Despite his role as the goofy sidekick, Ron has proven himself to be a very capable hero and also saves the world from time to time, usually through sheer luck as opposed to skill. His name is a play on the word 'unstoppable'.

[edit] Rufus

Ron's pet naked mole rat, considered a member of the team — in fact, he often proves to be more competent than Ron, or even Kim on occasion. Ron got Rufus because he could only have a hairless pet because of his father's allergies. At first, Kim was disgusted by Rufus, but later in the show, she likes him.

[edit] Wade

Wade Load is a 12-year-old child genius who runs Kim Possible's website, supplies her with her gadgets, gives Kim her missions through her Kimmunicator, arranges transportation for her, and even goes on missions with Kim on rare occasions. He often relays information to her, searches for information for her, and performs programming feats. As a genius, he has completed his high school and college education in eight months. He spends his time in his bedroom of his parents' house, in front of the computer with the lights off. In one episode he developed a crush on Monique immediately after seeing her for the first time, leading him to create a love ray and try to force her to be his girlfriend. In the end he learns his lesson and quickly recovers from his minor heartbreak as he gets a crush on a genius girl sitting in Bueno Nacho, but it is clear that this doesn't work out as she has created a love ray herself much to Wade's chagrin. Wade made Kim's battle oufit.

[edit] Recurring Villains

[edit] Dr. Drakken

A blue-skinned mad-scientist and super-villain obsessed with world domination, and with proving that he is a genius. Often referred to as Kim's arch nemesis and, alongside Shego, the main antagonist of the show. His real name is Drew Theodore P. Lipsky. He became a villain after being mocked by his friends at college, and among them was Kim's father, James Possible. He has blue skin, black hair in a pony tail and a wide mouth full of huge teeth. He also has a scar on his left cheek.

Although clearly a genius when it comes to science and schemes, Drakken lacks the smarts to apply them correctly, and usually ends up portrayed as an incompetent loser and comic relief, regardless, his determination keeps bringing him back with his plans. Drakken himself usually claims to be evil, yet, there are occasions in which he shows a soft side of himself. A running joke is that no matter how many times he meets him, he can't remember Ron's name.

[edit] Shego

Main article: Shego

A green-skinned woman in a tight green and black catsuit, with several battle skills and the capability of generating green flame-like energy in her hands. She is a worldwide wanted thief, formerly a superhero, and currently Drakken's hired henchwoman and arguably Kim's most persistent rival and even more dangerous than her boss.

[edit] Monkey Fist

A genetically altered British nobleman (whose real name is Monty Fisk) who is obsessed with the fighting style of Monkey Kung-Fu, and spent his family's fortune on having surgery to replace his human hands with that of a monkey. He also commands an army of trained ninja monkeys.

Among all the villains, he is considered to be Ron's arch nemesis as they both wield the Mystical Monkey Power (Tai Sheng Pek Kwar), and is one of the few antagonists to actually remember Ron's name and consider him a worthy oponent.

[edit] Duff Killigan

The self-proclaimed "World's Deadliest Golfer". His weapons are his golf clubs and exploding golf balls. He speaks with a Scottish accent.

[edit] Señor Senior, Sr.

Senior is a retired multi-billionaire who (at Ron's 'accidental' suggestion) took up villainy as a hobby to occupy his retirement years. All about the challenge, he tends toward grandiose, high-end capers, and has almost unlimited financial resources to carry them out. Although his stated goal is world domination, he seems more interested in reputation and achievement rather than power, and largely focuses on challenging thefts or schemes rather than actual global conquest. His objectives are limited such as "the Euro-alliance's nice little islands with warm beaches and hot summer nights" or other goals. Despite his massive resources, he prefers to rely entirely on his own skills (with a little help from his son, Jr.), and usually doesn't rely on henchmen (he does seem to keep a pair of bodyguards around, called Evil and Treachery, as seen in The Cupid Effect), .

Senior is polite, cultured, and urbane, and often compliments Kim Possible even as he drops her into his latest deathtrap. Unlike most of Kim's foes, he is clever, highly competent, and quite sane, and doesn't have a particular bizarre freak-theme -- like Monkey Fist's monkey obsession, Drakken's world-conquering schemes, or Duff Killigan's golf mania. However, he rigorously adheres to the "code of villainy", following such classic villain rules as "always leave the room after tying your foe to an overly complicated death machine", and as a result of following such rules he always ends up being defeated (although he never seems to realize this). He is generally a hands-off, non-physical villain, although later in the series he is revealed to be an X-Games master and one of the few baddies capable of fighting Kim one-on-one quite well and beat her repeatedly, evidenced in their fantastic aerial duel. He is also one of two major villains who remembers Ron's name, the other being Monkey Fist, even though he doesn't remember at first in Coach Possible

He has a distinctive SSS (Señor Senior Sr.) tattoo on the back of his neck and is also known as Triple S. This and his interest in extreme sports are both likely references to the protagonist in the film XXX.

In Triple S, he loses his fortune when a sleazy accountant named Vincent Wheeler tricks Junior into signing it over to him. Senior decides to get even with him by stealing his fortune back. Senior proves himself capable of fighting on equal terms with Kim Possible but loses anyway. Junior says he won't let her turn his father in to the authorities because he'll do it himself and get the $2 billion reward offered by Wheeler. Junior intends to use the money to get his father out of jail and buy their island back. In The Big Job, Senior is one of the five richest men on Earth. Since US$ 2 billion is much less than necessary to rank in the top five, it's presumed that either Senior invested this fortune wisely since Triple S or he used that money to hire a good team of lawyers to recover the money Wheeler swindled on that occasion (technically those US$ 2 billion weren't a devolution - either partial or full - of the Seniors' fortune: it was the reward for the capture of Señor Senior, Sr.).

Señor Senior Sr. is alternately voiced by Ricardo Montalbán and Earl Boen, depending on Montalbán's availability for recording sessions. He is also closely based on Montalbán in both mannerisms and appearance.

[edit] Señor Senior, Jr.

Señor Sr.'s son and accomplice Junior is a spoiled man-child more interested in parties and looking fabulous than in his father's criminal plans. He is usually highly unhelpful during his father's capers, but Senior always takes him along anyway. Junior's goal is to become an international pop sensation rather than a supervillain, but he's proven quite amoral and has no problem utilizing his father's criminal methods to achieve that goal.

Junior is not too bright and is very physically unskilled, as a life of privilege has left him self-centered and uncoordinated with almost no common sense. Despite his supreme naïvete (or perhaps because of it), he is at least smart enough to point out the obvious flaws and clichés in his father's plans.[1]

Although Junior's physical appearance is very large and muscular, he has no stomach for violence or danger and thus tends to perform extremely poorly when the fighting starts (except in Two to Tutor, as a result of Shego's training). One could say that Junior's buff bod is built for show, not for go. He, like Ron, does not exercise, and thus is not physically strong.

Señor Sr. is often upset that his son doesn't know how to be a decent villain, but he nevertheless spoils him considerably. As a result, Senior Sr. once hired Shego to coach Junior in the fine art of perfidy, but later fired her for not being true to the "code of villainy" as well as for coming between him and his son. It was also shown that Jr. had some romantic feelings toward Shego.

Junior actually gained an enormous amount of skill and competence from Shego's training, but has since forgotten almost all of it. However, during season two and toward the end of season three, he did become marginally more competent: he came up with a clever plan to get back his family fortune after it was stolen by a sleazy accountant. However it was after the accountant conned him into signing over his power of attorney to him in the first place. In a later episode Junior launched an attack on the Tower of London on his own initiative. However, that plan did lose points for cleverness when he ended up targeting a Tower of London movie set in New Zealand instead of the actual Tower of London in England. In both The Big Job and Homecoming Upset, while far from being his father's equal, Junior displays signs of competence, skill and intellect while working out plans to gain his father's respect and escape Kim. In many ways, Junior appears to be an evil version of Ron (as opposed to Zorpox), able to point out inconsistencies in others' villainous plans while being easily distracted. Like Ron, he appears to have problems with gaining women's affections, despite ending up with Bonnie Rockwaller. It has been suggested that, as has been hypothesized for Ron, he may have Asperger's syndrome.

Junior has been known to flirt with both Kim Possible (in Animal Attraction, when he finds out that Kim is a 'Blue Fox', according to an Animology quiz, and he's a 'Yellow Trout', which is supposed to be the Blue Fox's soulmate) and Shego (in Two To Tutor, when he makes comments to Shego about how he learns from the best and tells her at the end of the episode that he will never forget her). Junior has not shown any further sign of these feelings in other episodes. However in The Big Job Junior works with Shego in a manner similar to Kim and Ron's previous relationship. In the episode Homecoming Upset, Junior is determined to find his true love and hires a computer genius to track her down. In the end of the episode, Bonnie Rockwaller becomes his new girlfriend. He is there at her graduation (Bonnie actually fails to graduate and is forced to attend summer school) in Graduation and clearly cares for her.

[edit] Professor Dementor

A mad scientist. While he is a threat to Kim and the world, he is more determined to show up his rival, Dr. Drakken. Ever since he was beaten by Kim's Battle Suit, he has been trying to get his hands on it to conquer the Earth.

[edit] DNAmy

A breeder of living mutants who continuously mutates her various living Cuddle Buddies, which often go genetically wrong. She has a bubbly personality but is a bit annoyed by Kim.

[edit] Killer Bebes

A group of hive-minded, female killer robots. They were built by Drakken, but have since gone rogue. They made Bonnie Rockwaller their "Queen Bebe" even though Bonnie didn't know it at the time. Kim destroyed them all (by using "super speed shoes") and saved Bonnie in the end.

[edit] Gill

A genetically-mutated teen from Ron's old summer camp, Camp Wannaweep. He is voiced by Justin Berfield.

[edit] Motor Ed

The cousin of Doctor Drakken, notorious for his team of motorcycles, his mullet, his playing of the air guitar, and repetitive use of the word "seriously". He calls Kim "Red" because of her hair. While he is labeled a villain, he seems more interested in things like road trips and tricking out rides than he does in world domination.

[edit] Camile Leon

After having experimental surgery, she has the ability to shape shift. She went into the evil business because she was cut off from her family's money. She is somewhat a parody of Paris Hilton .She has also worked with the Fashionestas. She is voiced by and designed to resemble Ashley Tisdale.

[edit] Supporting characters

[edit] Monique

Monique is one of the most recurrent characters of Kim Possible. So far, she has remained without surname, probably as a nod to her voice actress, Raven-Symoné, who is generally known by just her first name. The character’s design has evolved through the seasons, with the most notable change being to her eyes, which pass from small pupils to wider and fuller brown eyes.

Monique is smart and hip, usually speaks in hip-hop style (which Kim described as "Monique-speak"), and also likes to initialize phrases, such as "NBF" (new best friend) and "GF" (Girlfriend). Not too much is known about her personal life, but she has complained of having bad luck with boyfriends. She is also one of Kim's closest friends, giving her level-headed advice about school and life, and serves as a good counterbalance to Ron's out-of-touch eccentricities, and in few occasions assists her on missions, even though she lacks fighting skills. She is also the one who created, along with Rufus, Kim’s new battle clothes.

Bonnie Rockwaller

[edit] Bonnie Rockwaller

Bonnie Rockwaller is a girl in Kim's class at Middleton High School, and her rival in almost every respect. Bonnie has a dismissive and superior attitude towards Kim, Ron, and people in general, and cultivates an ivory tower position at the top of the high school "food chain". At the end of the series, she is dating Señor Senior Junior

[edit] Steve Barkin

School principal and teacher of practically every subject at Middleton High. It is revealed in the fourth season that he also works at "Smarty Mart" and is the football coach.

[edit] Dr. James Timothy Possible

Kim's father, a rocket scientist.

[edit] Dr. Ann Possible

Kim's mother, who is not only a brain surgeon but also a great mother to Kim, and seems to be more understanding toward her daughter. In season 4 her name is revealed to be Anne Possible by her brother-in-law Slim Possible in "Graduation part 1".

[edit] Jim and Tim Possible

Kim's brilliant but annoying younger twin brothers, often referred as the tweebs (twin dweebs) by Kim, their catch phrase is "Hicka-bicka-boo" followed by "Hooo-Sha". They became Kim's school mascots after Ron joins the football team and can no longer be the mascot. Tim and Jim become the Mad Puppies.

[edit] The Stoppables

Ron's family, composed of: father (who works as an actuary), mother, and later adopted little sister Hana.

[edit] Josh Mankey

Josh Mankey was Kim's first crush. He is on the football team. Bonnie thinks she should be his girlfriend but Kim also thinks she herself should go out with him. Bonnie and Kim fight over him all the time but Kim eventually gets over him. While Kim is obsessed with Josh, Ron calls him Josh Monkey.

[edit] Other appearances

Apart from their own series, Kim Possible characters also made a crossover appearance in the episode "Rufus" (2.8) of Lilo & Stitch: The Series, when Stitch is kidnapped by Dr. Drakken and Pleakley calls on the help of Kim Possible to rescue him. Also, Rufus gets mistaken by Jumba as one of his experiments.
