This is a list of UNESCO Biosphere Reserves in Poland as at May 2008. There are currently nine such reserves, including transboundary reserves shared between Poland and neighbouring countries.
- Babia Góra, designated 1976, extended in 2001 (borders Slovakia)
- Białowieża, designated 1976 (borders Belarus)
- East Carpathians, designated 1992 (in Poland, Slovakia and Ukraine)
- Kampinos Forest, designated 2000 (north-west of Warsaw)
- Karkonosze, designated 1992 (in Poland and the Czech Republic)
- Łuknajno Lake, designated 1976 (in the Masurian Lake District, NE Poland)
- Słowiński, designated 1976 (on the Baltic coast)
- Tatra, designated 1992 (in Poland and Slovakia)
- West Polesie, designated 2002 (borders Ukraine)
