Exercise is activity performed in order to develop or maintain physical fitness and overall health. It is also necessary for improving athletic ability. Frequent and regular physical exercise helps prevent some diseases of affluence such as heart disease, cardiovascular disease, Type 2 diabetes and obesity."Nowadays these diseases are very common all over the world and everybody should be conscious about this.
