Omorashi (オモラシ / おもらし / お漏らし, Omorashi^?) is a fetish subculture recognized predominantly in Japan, in which participants experience arousal from having a full bladder or a sexual attraction to someone else experiencing the feeling of a full bladder. For such fetishists, climax usually coincides with the moment of relief and embarrassment experienced when the desperate individual loses bladder control and experiences incontinence. Its popularity with otaku culture has caused it to be featured in a number of anime and manga titles. Some focus exclusively on omorashi stories, and could be considered a form of H manga. Others may simply feature the occasional scene. Emphasis on moe attitudes in omorashi are usually apparent by the characteristic large eyes and small simple nose of the wetters. This emphasis on childish helplessness sometimes manifests itself through loli and shotacon elements as well.

• Immortality is a BDSM H manga featuring scenes of omorashi.
• LOCO is a two volume omorashi focused anthology published in 2004. It features both loli and shota.[2]
• Omorashi Ana Dorei is an H manga focusing on omorashi.
• Omorashi Comic is an omorashi H manga by noted dojinshi author ICE PINK.[3]
• Omorashi Hime is an omorashi H manga by Gorgeous Takarada.
• Omorashi Riko-chan is an H manga focusing on omorashi.
• Omorashi Sakura a dojinshi H manga intended as a spin-off of the popular Card Captor Sakura series. It revolves around several scenes of omorashi.
• Omorashi Tenshi is an H manga focusing on omorashi.
• Omorashikko (宮崎摩耶) by Miyazaki Maya (『おもらしっコ』) is an H manga revolving around scenes of omutsu omorashi.
• Shōnen Ai no Bigaku, a bimonthly shotacon manga compilation features an omorashi story ("The Omorashi Shōnen") in issue 13, published June 25th, 2005.
• Tenina! by Tako Tsuboya is an H manga story about a girl who wears diapers in high school.

• Bondage Game is an H anime OVA in which an amnesiac girl is mailed into a sadistic house of bondage. One scene features her being tied to a bed a forced to use a diaper.[4]
• Gintama, a samurai anime adapted from Hideaki Sorachi's popular manga, features a scene of omutsu omorashi in episode 52.
• Kanzen Mushusei: Sorezore no Houkago is an H anime which features omorashi.
• Maniax is a three episode H anime OVA which features a scene in which a female police officer becomes desperate to urinate and seeks out a public restroom, only to be interrupted by a sexy demon who scares her so badly she wets herself.
• Naruto: Konoha Annual Sports Festival, an 11 minute short film shown before Naruto The Movie: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow, revolves around the ninja student Naruto Uzumaki's bathroom desperation during an athletic competition. In the end, Naruto does not make it and goes in his pants.[5]
• Lolita Anime - The third episode, entitled "Uchiyama Aki no Omorashi Gokko" features an omorashi scene in which a girl has diapers put on her and is forced to use them.
• Vixens is a five episode H anime OVA notable for a scene of omorashi. It is based on a manga by Ujin.
