In the opener, the amateur sleuths travel to a mountain resort in Tibet for some skiing and to watch a snowboarding competition. They end up investigating rumors of a snow creature that is attacking the participants. 
2 "3-D Struction"  September 21, 2002 103
Daphne's uncle sends the gang to Costa Rica for the opening of a museum exhibit on dinosaurs. When they meet archeologist Melbourne O'Reilly, he reveals the legend of a dinosaur-spirit. So when the gang watch a dino-film in the museum's theatre, the dinosaur in the film jumps out of the screen and into the audience. It's up to the gang to figure out who's really behind this devastating dinosaur disaster. 
3 "Space Ape at the Cape"  September 28, 2002 102
While visiting a space center, a mysterious alien egg hatches. The gang must stop this shape-shifting creature before NASA's shuttle mission is aborted. 
4 "Big Scare in the Big Easy"  October 5, 2002 104
The gang stay at a housing estate next to a graveyard during their spring break in New Orleans. They soon realise that two Civil War ghosts re-enact a duel every night to scare away guests, and so it's up to Fred, Daphine, Velma, Shaggy & Scooby to uncover the truth about the legend of the Leland Brothers. 
5 "It's Mean, It's Green, It's the Mystery Machine"  October 26, 2002 105
The Mystery Machine gains a life of its own and starts to do drive by itself, so the gang tries searching for clues to work out why... Which leads them to The Mystery Kids, a band of talented kids who formerly owned the Mystery Machine. 
6 "Riva Ras Regas"  November 2, 2002 106
The gang goes to Las Vegas, in the United States of America, to meet teen pop sensation Lindsay Pagano. But they soon end up trying to uncover the mystery of a deceased magican called Rufus Raucous, who's ghost has risen from the grave to haunt the Theatre that Linsay is performing at. 
7 "Roller Ghoster Ride!"  November 9, 2002 107
The crew go to a very popular rollercoaster park, when Shaggy & Scooby win a compettition to design a hot rollercoaster ride to construct and build for the park. But then they run into some ride mischeif with a ghost who want's to break all the rides for no apparent reason. 
8 "Safari, So Goodi!"  November 23, 2002 108
On a Safari Hunt in Africa, the gang discover that the animals are changing into a yellow colour and are doing strange things. They must solve the mystery fast or else the same things might happen to Scooby. 
9 "She Sees Sea Monsters by the Sea Shore"  November 30, 2002 109
The gang goes on a trip to the Islands, where they spend their vacation, until they encounter a Sea Serpent known as Motoshondu. 
10 "Scooby-Doo Christmas"  December 13, 2002 114
The Great Scooby-Doo and his pals arrive in a town where Christmas is not celebrated because a headless snowman terrorizes the residents, so the amateur sleuths set out to solve the mystery. 
11 "Toy Scary Boo"  February 1, 2003 110
The gang investigate a store with livng toys who are taking it over. They suspect a really interested fanatic is involved in the case. When he actually comes clean, the gang though all along they were right. But actually they weren't... 
12 "Lights! Camera! Mayhem!"  February 15, 2003 111
A purple phantom starts threatening a Hollywood Production and the gang set out to find the villian and particpate in the film. 
13 "Pompeii and Circumstance"  February 22, 2003 112
While visiting Italy, the gang battles ancient zombie gladiators who appear to be responsible for causing Volcano eruptions. 
14 "The Unnatural"  March 22, 2003 113
The gang go to a baseball stadium to see Luis Santiago break the home run record when a spooky baseball spectre, who happens to be the ghost of Cab Craig, shows up and haunts the stadium during the game.

After Velma wins a contest for the best invention, the gang gets to travel to Tokyo, Japan. When a mystical person zaps a pizza with a growing spell and Shaggy eats it! Shaggy starts to grow whenever he goes to sleep and he starts eating everything in sight. Now the gang are running around Tokyo trying to get away from the police who want to put Shaggy in jail. 
16 "Mummy Scares Best"  The Mummy September 20, 2003
While in Egypt, on an archeological dig with Melbourne O'Reily, the gang encounters Pharaoh Scamses the 15th - a mummy who has a knack of turning tourists into zombie minions. So the gang sets out to solve the mystery - that is, until Fred, Velma and Daphine all get turned into zombie.

18 "High-Tech House of Horrors" The High Tech Monster House\The Robot October 4, 2003
19 "The Vampire Strikes Back"  The Vampire October 18, 2003
The gang has been invited to the making of a video with the pop group "Hex girls", which is being shot in an old Transylvanian castle. When they arrive, filming has been interrupted by a vampire. Skipping the step of splitting up and searching for clues, Fred constructs a trap for the vampire, and (using Velma as live bait) the vampire is captured and found to be a member of the Fortescu family which used to own the castle. He is locked away in the dungeon for the night, but the vampire attacks continue. Episode ends with a "video" where the Hex girls perform the show's theme song.

21 "Homeward Hound"  The Cat Creature October 25, 2003
Scooby decides to go to a dog show, but finds out that there is a mysterious cat creature who is interrupting the competition. The gang soons find out that the secret six puppies have been kidnapped and Shaggy finds out that Scooby is acting weird, but soon thinks that isn't the real Scooby and thinks that the real Scooby was also kidnapped with the puppies.
