This is a chronological list of WXW Heavyweight Champions. The WXW Heavyweight Championship is a professional wrestling title created in 1996 as part of Top Rope Productions and World Xtreme Wrestling when the promotion was renamed in 1998.

John Rambo 1 December 27, 1998 Harrisburg, PA John Rambo is stripped of the title After failing to defend the title in a 30-day period and the title is declared vacant in March 1999.
Samu 1 April 24, 1999 Defeated The Mad Russian in a Top Contenders match to win the vacant title.

Sugaa 1 February 19, 2000 Hazleton, PA Defeated Jak Molsonn in a Four-Way Ladder match with the Inferno Kid and L.A. Smooth.
Shane Black 1 June 2, 2000 Hazleton, PA Shane Black defeats Sugaa to unify the WXW World Heavyweight and Cruiserweight titles. However, due to the controversial ending of the match, the titles are held up with Showtime being recognized as a former champion.
Sugaa 2 June 3, 2000 Allentown, PA Defeated Shane Black to win the held-up unified titles. Sugaa defends both the WXW World Heavyweight and Cruiserweight titles until relinquishing the WXW Cruiserweight Championship due to exceeding the cruiserweight division weight limit on July 6, 2000.
Salvatore Bellomo 1 September 16, 2000 Hazleton, PA Defeated Sugaa in a three Way match with The Hungarian Barbarian to win the title.
