Throughout 2002 and 2003 World Wrestling All-Stars, a rapidly growing professional wrestling promotion, held a series of pay-per-views events. This is a list of all the pay-per-views that took place.

- Juventud Guerrera defeated Psicosis in a Ladder match to win the vacant WWA International Cruiserweight Championship (8:11)
- This was also a quarter-final match in a tournament for the vacant WWA Championship.
- The Road Dogg defeated Konnan in a Dog Collar match (3:39)
- Road Dogg touched all four turnbuckles to win.
- This was also a quarter-final match in a tournament for the vacant WWA Championship.
- Norman Smiley defeated Devon Storm in a Hardcore match (9:54)
- Smiley pinned Storm.
- Buff Bagwell won a Battle Royal that also included: Jeremy Borash, Disqo, Mark "Slick" Johnson, Jerry Lawler, Stevie Ray, Graham Young, a timekeeper, a security guard, and two people dressed up as the Bananas in Pajamas (6:15)
- Bagwell won, last eliminating Disqo.
- This was also a quarter-final match in a tournament for the vacant WWA Championship.
- Jeff Jarrett defeated Nathan Jones (w/Rove McManus) in a Guitar on a Pole match (4:07)
- Jarrett pinned Jones.
- This was also a quarter-final match in a tournament for the vacant WWA Championship.
- The Road Dogg defeated Lenny Lane and Lodi in a Triple Threat match (3:56)
- Road Dogg pinned both men simultaneously.
- This was a semi-final match in a tournament for the vacant WWA Championship. Lenny and Lodi replaced Juventud, who injured his ribs earlier in the evening.
- Jeff Jarrett defeated Buff Bagwell in a Tits, Whips, and Buff match (4:05)
- Jarrett pinned Bagwell after a Stroke.
- The lumberjacks were the Starlettes(WWA's version of the Nitro Girls), who would hit Jarrett with whips but fawn over Bagwell.
- This was a semi-final match in a tournament for the vacant WWA Championship.
- The Vampire Warrior defeated Luna Vachon in a Black Wedding match (2:26)
- Vampire Warrior pinned Luna after a Impaler.
- Jeff Jarrett defeated The Road Dogg in a Steel cage match to win the vacant WWA World Heavyweight Championship (10:26)
- Jarrett pinned James after hitting him with the WWA Title belt.
- This was the finals in a tournament for the vacant WWA Championship.
