It's not long before they discover that Sebastian Saga, a former guitarist who had lost his left arm, wants to conquer the world with his music (which Clover has also become a slave to). The girls are tired of all of Jerry's interference in their lives. They are quite happy, then, when a young man named Mac Smit takes over WOOHP, claiming that Jerry has "retired". Mac gives the girls vacations and flashy presents, but they all turn out to be deathtraps! The spies soon realize that something suspicious is going on, and that Mac is really Tim Scam (his name backwards), an old WOOHP agent who wants to destroy WHOOP. They must team up to rescue Jerry and save the planet. Villain: Tim Scam. | ||||||

Jerry gives the girls a vacation to Hawaii, only to be interrupted by a madman whose face is disfigured due to volcanic magma. Can they save the day before he causes all of the world's volcanoes to erupt? Villain: Hefestus (Jerry). | ||||||

The girls are sent to investigate the kidnappings of scientists by what seems to be a knight, when they observe another scientist being captured. They promptly follow the criminal through a strange vortex. The vortex transports them back to the Middle Ages! The criminal wants to become the leader of the world by using his modern knowledge, and kidnaps Clover to be his queen. It's up to Sam and Alex to stop him! Villain: The Dark Knight. | ||||||

A villain is making all of the adults in the world act like children, using evil technology disguised as old fashioned toys, particularly in the form of a Barbie-like doll called "Little Anne". Sam is also affected, becoming childlike in behavior. In a b-story, Clover tries to impress a senior by acting older. Villain: Vladimir Cosiryev. | ||||||

The girls are called in when strange blob like creatures drain the knowledge and memories out of a consortium of top scientists. They must also deal with Mandy, who has decided that she is Sam's new best friend after Sam saved her hair from a pottery incident. Villain: Lester Crawley. | ||||||

A villain has created clones of the girls by using their DNA. The clones are robbing banks all over the U.S. and making Sam, Clover, and Alex look like the culprits. Jerry thinks it was the girls that robbed the banks and plans to implant microchips in the spies' brains. The girls escape from Jerry but he carries on hunting them. Clover gets kidnapped and replaced by a clone who leads Sam and Alex into the villain's headquarters where they discover that Macker the safecracker, an old villain of the girls (though this is his only appearance throughout the series), is the man behind the clones. Macker plans to get his clones to rob every country's central bank at the same time. Sam and Alex are reunited with Clover and they hurry to Macker's commando base in the alpines to stop his evil plan. In a b-story, Clover and Mandy show up at school in the same Texan outfit to impress a boy from Texas. Villain: Macker The Safecracker. | ||||||

A concerned parent kidnaps Nobel Prize winners and transmits their intelligence into his son to make him the smartest student at school. The girls take him out and then deal with the boy, whose head is the size of a hot air balloon! In a b-story, Clover is jealous and angry when Sam steals her part in the school play. A modeling agency is kidnapping pretty girls and combining their body parts to make the perfect models. The felonious agency is ruled by an ex-model who lost one leg upon being attacked by a lion she had to tame for a shooting. Also clover has her perfect legs taken, Sam's beuatful teeth and smile and Alex's perfect hair and face and have them replace with ugly body parts muscular legs fluffy hair and a bland face and a braceface look for Sam. In a b-story, Clover and Mandy compete in a beauty contest.Nitpick Tuesday Tate says towards the end of the episode the effects are now permanant so in theory the people we see at the end of the episode are left with horrible body parts permanatly but we do not see anything. In a b-story, Mandy becomes the student court judge and abuses her power, which causes Mrs. Brooks (the student court supervisor) to fire her. She demands a new job, and she becomes the janitor of the girls' favorite eating spot. Villain: CHAD (a computer virus). | ||||||

Everyone is going crazy over Passion Patties, a new brand of cookies being sold by Daisy Scouts. The cookies make everyone who eats them addicts, and also quickly make them extremely fat. Clover helps herself to a cookie as the spies investigate, and becomes hopelessly hooked on them, too! The girls discover that the villain is a disgruntled cookie maker, and manage to turn the tables on her by literally giving her a taste of her own medicine! In a b-story, Clover is upset about having to wear a large-sized hat, but realizes that having a big head is nothing compared to being a large-sized everything. Villain: Inga Bittersweet. | ||||||

Sam meets James, an exchange student from London, and they begin to date. What she does not know is that her so-called boyfriend is her enemy and the one behind the mystery of the stealing of a rare invisibility formula. Clover and Alex find out about this from Jerry but Sam will not believe them. This causes the girls to break up. After James reveals the truth to Sam, she apologizes to the girls and they follow James to Washington as he plans to kidnap the president. Villain: James. | ||||||

Children at a school are being mysteriously drained of their youth. They retain youthful bodies, but have the chemical composition and actions of eighty year olds! The girls investigate and learn that the school's principal is hundreds of years old, and feeds off the youth of others to keep himself immortal. When he claims Alex as his next victim, Sam and Clover have to work together to stop him and his cronies from gaining immortality. In a b-story, Mandy convinces Sam that she has a gray hair. An old team of spies, who were thought to be dead, return out of no where and trick everyone into thinking that they are back on the good side. This eventually leads to Jerry firing Sam, Clover, and Alex. But during a mission, the old spies set off a bomb, leaving Sam to suspect that they're working for a bad guy. In a b-story, Clover goes on a date with a boy that use to bother her so that she can get revenge. Villain: Edison. | ||||||

The Spies investigate the hottest new pop band, Teensicle, when several band members begin to mysteriously disappear. When the band members resurface seemingly safe and sound, the spies detect strange changes in their personalities. It turns out a group of washed up pop stars are stealing the current pop stars faces in order to revive the has-been’s careers. Also when Alex makes a snide remark about the band's mother they swap her face for the ginger haired smoking women while she get's Alex's face. In a b-story, Mandy gets a “cool” tattoo and claims that Alex isn’t cool enough to attend her pool party. Alex wrestles with the dilemma of whether or not to get a tattoo so that she will be perceived as cool. Villain: Boy Candy. The face lift machine is very simlair to the one used in model citysens. | ||||||

Frankie Dude, an ex-surfer who hit his toe on the pier of a beach-turned-resort gets revenge by destroying the resorts in the formerly gnarliest surfing spots using tsunamis. Meanwhile, Sam goes on a hunger strike to protest the lunch lady being replaced by a dispensing machine. Villain: Frankie Dude. | ||||||

Looking for Mother's Day gifts for their mothers, Clover, Sam and Alex find a flyer about a special offer at a spa. But after they get there they notice that their moms are not behaving normally. They find out that their arch nemesis Tim Scam has escaped from prison and has turned their mothers into cold-blooded assassins. Jerry on the other hand is spending Mother's Day at his mom's house. All of which means the girls are keeping their distance making it easy for a giant robot spider to kidnap her and a mystery man demand a mad scientist be released or else Madison's never coming home! Seemingly ordinary women across America keep going berserk and attacking men and unaffected women. All of the berserkers turn out to be descendants of an ancient guild of warrior women who intended to wipe out all men and inferior women. Sebastian escapes from prison and he plans to use his music to hypnotize peoples to crush the spies' favourite places. When the girls discover that Sebastian is the villain behind this, he hypnotizes the girls to help with crushing Beverly High School. Luckily, Jerry rescues the girls and then they stop Sebastian by crushing his music signal which was hidden in the school's sign. Villain: Sebastian Saga. | ||||||

Animals start developing human intelligence while humans start behaving animalistically. Can the spies stop the mad scientist who's swapping personality traits and now that Clover's part beagle will they have to keep her away from fire hydrants? Villain: Dr. Fox. | ||||||

When Alex screws up on several WOOHP missions, she begins to seriously doubt her spying abilities. Then, when Jerry introduces the girls to Britney - a pretty, smart, sweet, spy-in-training who’s been assigned to help them on their next mission - Alex only feels worse. In fact, she thinks she’s on the verge of being replaced. When she screws up again and lets a villain (who’s invented a device that literally slows people down) escape, she decides to quit WOOHP altogether. In a b-story, Alex does an extra credit project for science class (about molecules) that helps her stop the bad guy, save her girlfriends and gain her confidence back. Villain: Willard. | ||||||

Well-known people in England have been making headlines after completing changing their personalities and interests. The girls investigate, but Sam and Alex mysteriously vanish. Clover calls Jerry for help, and the two figure out that the personalities of each pair of people affected have been traded. However, things get even worse when Clover and Jerry's personalities are swapped — on the same night that Clover is going to guest star as a veejay and Jerry is going to be knighted! While they were looking forward to a fun weekend away from WOOHP the school ski trip becomes a disaster when Sam, Clover and Alex find themselves sharing a room with Mandy. If that's not bad enough one of their old enemies has escaped and is looking for revenge so they have to avoid getting killed and capture Dr Gelee without tipping off any of their classmates that anything strange is happening. Clover has a hot date with a football player, and manages to drag Sam and Alex along to go with tweedle-dee and tweedle-dumber. When the girls are called away on a mission to explore a break-in to the office of secret information, the girls are lured into a trap when the guy escapes through the elevator shaft. Leaving the girls dangling at the 75th floor. With no gadgets and almost no way out, the girls prepare themselves for remembering the good old days at WOOHP. Villain: Thief. | ||||||

For absolutely no reason at all, all these dating booths appear out of nowhere and all the girls in Beverly Hills, Sam, Alex and Mandy included, are addicted to them and get very hunky boyfriends in the process. But Clover suspects something is wrong and decides to get to the bottom of it, even without Jerry's help. Villain: Eugene. | ||||||

When Sam is on the Brain Busters Show, something mysterious happens! Sam suddenly forgets all of the answers and she loses. Alex and Clover are suspicious that something is going on there other than a game show. Meanwhile, Jerry attempts to run tests on Sam, but she escapes. Alex and Clover find an intelligence-sucking device in the capsules. Sam runs into the Planet, where she finds Zach and soon is occupied with the food. Jerry finally finds Sam and drives her back to WOOHP when he is called by Alex and Clover. The news they give is the intelligent-sucking device and they have to sneak back to find more. Alex and Clover find some trouble, and finds out the girl who won against Sam is working with the game show host. Soon, it goes to a game of Brain Busters while Alex and Clover is trapped in a glass tank with barely any Oxygen. They manage to escape, and attempts to stop them. Villain: Wink. | ||||||

A high-tech toy manufacturer uses military microchips to make his action figure toys more realistic. Unintentionally the toys start to think for themselves and are bent on world domination. In a B-story, Clover gets a new boy toy who caters to her every whim. Villain: Seth and his world-ruling toys. |

The girls move into their new villa start from this season and Jerry gets a new high-tech office (complete with his robotic sidekick G.L.A.D.I.S.). After every show, the credits shows that Sam, Alex, Clover, Mandy or Jerry after their mission.

The spies are sent to investigate the unusual fall of very large, very fast meteorites around the world, which leads them to a villain who has the technology to "throw" meteorites down to Earth. The spies have to stop her and most importantly the "big one" - a huge meteorite launched at top speed toward L.A. In a b-story, Jerry, concerned about the spies' newfound freedom, hires a WOOHP nanny Myrna Beesbottom to keep an eye on them. Villain: Lady Luna and Jerry. | ||||||

Tim Scam is back and this time he's built a "morphing robot" (think T-2) that can effortlessly take on the appearance of anyone. Suddenly, when the spies least expect it, people in their daily lives start to attack them. But things get more deadly when Scam's new creation adopts Sam's identity. As Scam plans to attack WHOOP, only Alex, Clover and Jerry stand in the way of WHOOP being crushed forever. In a b-story, Sam becomes a taskmaster – micromanaging her roommates' schedule of chores. Das Coffeehaus, a brand new, chic coffeehouse chain, opens its doors and becomes incredibly popular... literally overnight. When perky patrons are suddenly reported missing, Jerry sends the girls in to investigate. What they discover is an evil Barista brewing up a mighty revenge from his underground beanery/lair. In a b-story, Mandy discovers the spies' secret… and, impressed by her tenacity, Jerry decides to make her a spy! | ||||||

A rich and powerful princess (that's "princess" in the "spoiled-brat" way, not in the "royal" way) is abducting hunky men from around the world to keep in her "human zoo" for her own amusement. The spies are sent to investigate and find that after the princess grows tired of the men she's abducted, she puts them in a "thunder dome" type arena where they must fight for their own survival against her personal robot gladiators. As the spies try to thwart her strange operation, they find themselves fighting for their lives against the princess' latest toy - Magnaglad, a super-sized robot gladiator! In a b-story, Alex and Sam find Clover's diary - and read it. Villain: Felicity Fensins | ||||||

Arnold accidentally comes into possession of a magic stone that siphons peoples' coolness (turning them into total nerds) and turns Arnold into a total hottie. When serious exercise aficionados the world-over start behaving strangely (i.e., they grow enormous muscles, strangely colored skin, super-human strength and seriously uncontrollable tempers), Jerry puts the girls on the case. Their investigation leads them to a totally buff, totally gorgeous ex-Mr. Universe (think Arnold Schwarzenegger) whose brand new product, "Bulky Bars" are creating monsters. In a b-story, Alex meets a really cute bodybuilder at her gym and they totally hit it off. That is, until he begins to "change." Can Alex save her Bulky Boyfriend before he explodes? | ||||||

But as they are getting their treatment, a shadowy figure sneaks into the spa and puts a microchip into Mandy’s machine. At first, Mandy is pleased with the results of her treatment which seems to have worked better than Clover’s. She doesn’t realize it at first, but as she gets larger and larger, she can’t deny what’s happening to her. As the spies start to investigate a rash of disappearances among Miss Beverly Hills contestants, they find out that Mandy, who has now grown nearly fifty feet tall, is behind the crimes! They also discover that along with becoming bigger physically, Mandy’s meanness has also become magnified. And in an effort to win the competition, she decided to take out the other contestants. And Sam begins to suspect that Stacy, her nice roomie may have a sinister plan and could be responsible for the disappearance of several incoming freshmen. He even picks the girls to play the role of infiltrators in a class exercise recreating a “famous espionage” event from the past. Only after the exercise, do the girls learn the truth. This gives him a new idea to win Alex over, but will it end up fantastic or disastrous? In a b-story, Clover and Sam vie for Employee of the month at Mali Café. She begins to act superior to her spy-mates, and makes them do all the dirty work on missions because she thinks it’s beneath her. Can the girls stay together as a spy team and stay friends? With the exception of a few strange occurrences everything is golden… that is, until the girls try to leave and find themselves trapped in the Groove! Can the Spies get themselves out of this situation without any help from WOOHP? In a b-story, the girls are psyched when Jerry gives them WOOHP coupons (or WOOHP-ons) to use on a shopping spree! It’s the holiday season but the Spies don't get a vacation. Their latest mission is to investigate an Unidentified Flying Object - right above Beverly Hills! While everyone is snowed in, the Spies race to find the culprit and stop the snow before the town is completely buried! In a b-story, the girls take part in the Mali-U Secret Santa exchange and learn that the holidays aren’t about materialism. Villain: Evil Santa. | ||||||

The Spies track down their only clue - a feather from a feather duster, but will it be enough to save Bev Hills before it's a complete garbage dump? When Jerry creates a machine to turn the villains goood, it fails, leaving him so devastated that he sells WOOHP to a Mr. X (the true identity is his mother). She then designs robots that begin tackling crime. but soon the robots soon turn evil and they kidnap Jerry, forcing the spies to go on a rescue mission to save their boss! In the background story, Mandy, Sam, Alex and Clover have seemingly become friends. Villains: Jerry's Mom's Robots and The Neo Zeed. | ||||||

The girls head to Jerry's house in hopes of searching for clues behind Jerry's kidnapping. But Mandy goes with them too, because she is their pal. During the search, some robots kidnap Mandy. The spies go to save her and head for Jerry's mother's house. And there they see Blaine, Dean, Britney, Mandy and Jerry. They see Jerry's mom who tells the gang that she was a spy too and she is the boss of the robots. The spies get Jerry's experiment to work sucessfully, thus restoring his mother to normal but the robots are still evil. The entire spy head to London in a last-ditch effort to stop the other robots and ultimately stop the diabolical Neo Zeed before the entire world comes to a permanent halt. In the b-story, Jerry finally quits with WOOHP and all of the spies are allowed return to their normal lives. Villains: Robots (The Neo Zeed) . |
