This is the list of episodes for the original The Flintstones series, which aired from 1960 to 1966. As of September 2006, all six seasons have been released to DVD in North America.

[edit] Season 1 (1960-1961)
- The Flintstone Flyer (30 September 1960)-- Barney builds the "Barney Copter" which Fred renames the "Flintstone Flyer" which the boys use to go bowling instead of the opera with their wives. It reuses two gags from "The Bowling Alley Cat". The first epsisode of the series.
- Hot Lips Hannigan (7 October 1960)-- Fred makes Wilma & Betty disappear (he thinks) in a magic cabinet, then he and Barney go to a jam session at the Rockland.
- The Swimming Pool (15 October 1960) - First episode produced; incorporated scenes from "The Flagstones" pilot--Fred and Barney build a joint swimming pool in their back yards, leading to fights before Freds surprise birthday party
- No Help Wanted (21 October 1960)-- Fred causes Barney to lose his job, so he helps him get a job as a furniture repossessor. Barneys first job is Fred's TV.
- The Split Personality (28 October 1960)-- After being hit on the head with a bottle Fred becomes "Frederick"
- The Monster from the Tar Pits (4 November 1960)--Fred is the stunt double in Gary Granite's new movie
- The Babysitters (11 November 1960)-- Fred and Barney babysit Egbert and bring him to Joe Rockhead's so they can watch the fight
- At the Races (18 November 1960)-- Fred and Barney turn to gambling to buy Boulder Dan's billiard parlor
- The Engagement Ring (25 November 1960)--Barney buys Betty a ring and hides it at Freds. Wilma finds it and thinks it's for her. Barney has to fight the champ to raise $500.
- Hollyrock, Here I Come (2 December 1960)-- Wilma and Betty win a slogan contest, leading to a trip to Hollyrock and to a new show call "The Frogmouth".
- The Golf Champion (9 December 1960)--Barney won't let Fred keep his golf trophy because he hasn't paid his lodge dues.
- The Sweepstakes Ticket (16 December 1960)--Fred and Barney buy a lottery ticket and hide it in an old coat, Wilma and Betty buy one and hide it in a coffeepot. Confusion ensues.
- The Drive-In (23 December 1960)--Fred and Barney buy a drive-in without telling their wives, but find it hard to keep a secret when the "burger on a bun" girls show up at Freds.
- The Prowler (30 December 1960)--Wilma and Betty take judo lesson to protect themselves from a local burglar.
- The Girls' Night Out (6 January 1961)--Fred cuts a record at the amusement park and becomes teen idol Hi-Fye.
- Arthur Quarry's Dance Class (13 January 1961) aka Arthur Quarry's Dance Party--Fred and Barney take dance lessons using Joe Rockhead's volunteer fire company as a front.
- The Big Bank Robbery (20 January 1961)--Fred and Barney intercept $86,000 in loot and are wanted by the police and the real robbers.
- The Snorkasaurus Hunter (27 January 1961) aka Snorkasaurus Story aka Coming of Dino--On a hunting trip the gang encounter a fast talking, fast moving snorkasaurus, Fred and Barney try to catch him for dinner.
- The Hot Piano (3 February 1961)--Fred buys a piano from 88 Fingers Louie as an anniversary present.
- The Hypnotist (10 February 1961)--Inspired by the Great Mesmo, Fred hypnotizes Barney into thinking he's a dog. Barney runs off and winds up in the pound.
- Love Letters on the Rocks aka Love Letters Written on Rocks (17 February 1961)--Fred finds a love letter to Wilma and hires Perry Gunite, a private eye.
- The Tycoon (24 February 1961)--Fred trades places with his rich double J.L. Gotrocks.
- The Astr'nuts (3 March 1961)--The boys accidentally enlist in the Army and are recruited for a top secret moon launch.
- The Long, Long Weekend (10 March 1961)--The Flinstones and Rubbles visit the hotel owned by Fred's old friend Gus and end up as the hotel's only employees when the Water Buffalo convention rolls in.
- In the Dough (17 March 1961)--Wilma and Betty's Flint Rubble Double Bubble cake earn them finalist in a bake-off, Fred and Barney assume their identities when the girls get the measles.
- The Good Scout (24 March 1961)--Fred and Barney lead a boy scout troop into danger.
- Rooms for Rent (31 March 1961)--Wilma and Betty take in music students as boarders.
- Fred Flintstone--Before and After (7 April 1961)--Fred's appearance in Fat Off Reducing Method commercial leads Fred to join Food Anonymous.

- The Hit Song Writers (15 September 1961)--Taking their cue from Theirs Loot in the Lyrics, Fred and Barney pen a song with the help of Hoagy Carmicheal.
- Droop Along Flintstone (22 September 1961)--The Flintstones and Rubbles take care of Cousin Tumbleweed's ranch and accidentally stumble into a filming of a western.
- The Missing Bus (29 September 1961)--Fred becomes a bus driver on the Bedrock to Red Rock route.
- Alvin Brickrock Presents (6 October 1961) aka Al Brickrock Presents--Fred suspects his neighbor has killed his wife.
- Fred Flintstone Woos Again (13 October 1961)--Fred takes Wilma on a second honeymoon and find out that the judge who married them was not licensed.
- The Rock Quarry Story (20 October 1961)--Rock Quarry, tired of Hollyrock, moves to Bedrock.
- The Soft Touchables (27 October 1961)--Fred and Barney become detectives.
- Flintstone of Prinstone (3 November 1961)-Fred plays quarterback at Prinstone University.
- The Little White Lie (10 November 1961)- Fred lies to Wilma about going to a poker game.
- Social Climbers (17 November 1961)--Wilma and Betty get tickets to social event. Fred and Barney go to charm school.
- The Beauty Contest (1 December 1961)--Fred and Barney are appointed judges for the Water Buffalo beauty contest.
- The Masquerade Ball (8 December 1961)--Fred buys tickets to a costume ball from his boss.
- The Picnic (15 December 1961)--Fred dumps Barney as his partner at the lodge picnic but causes resentment from Barney and Joe Rockhead
- The House Guest (22 December 1961)--the Rubbles move in with Fred and Wilma while plumber fixes Fred's repair job.
- The X-Ray Story (29 December 1961)--Dino's x-rays are mistaken for Fred's.
- The Gambler (5 January 1962)--Fred's compulsive gambling returns.
- A Star is Almost Born (12 January 1962)
- The Entertainer (19 January 1962)-- Mr. Slate asks Fred to go out with Greta Gravel every night to entertain her, but he is discovered by Wilma who happened to be there with Barney and Betty
- Wilma's Vanishing Money (26 January 1962) Fred steals Wilma's money to buy a bowling bowl while Wilma thinks its a burglar who stole it. Wilma was planning to use the money to buy Fred that ball he wanted for his birthday.
- Feudin' and Fussin' (2 February 1962)Fred and Barney are fighting again over something trivial and Barney nearly moves away.
- Impractical Joker (9 February 1962) Fred tries to outsmart Barney's pactical jokes while Wilma and Betty try to cure the both of them of practical jokes.
- Operation Barney (16 February 1962)Fred and Barney play hookey from work to see a ball game but plans are foiled when Barney must report to his company's nurse.
- The Happy Household (23 February 1962)Wilma gets a role on a TV reality show "The Happy Housewife", neglecting Fred's needs.
- Fred Strikes Out (2 March 1962) Fred has a bowling match on the night of the anniversary of Wilma accepting his marriage proposal so he attempts to take her out at the same time as going bowling.
- This is Your Lifesaver (9 March 1962) Fred and Barney "save the life" of an indigent person and now are stuck taking care of him.
- Trouble-in-Law (16 March 1962) Fred's Mother In Law comes for a long and difficult visit. Fred meanwhile tries to find a way to get rid of her.

- The Surprise (25 January 1963) Fred resents Barney spending so much time taking care of his nephew to the point their friendship nearly ends a few times. Then at the end of the show Wilma informs Fred that they are now expecting their own child. Fred is surprisingly happy to hear it.
- Mother-in-Law's Visit (1 February 1963) Mother in Law visits to help get Wilma ready for the new baby and Fred is miserable.
- Foxy Grandma (8 February 1963) After Mother in Law leaves, Fred goes through three houskeepers and finally finds an elderly lady that he is happy with. This sweet old lady turns out to be bank robber Grandma Dynamyte. In the end Fred's Mother in Law returns only to be mistaken for Grandma Dynamyte.

- Curtain Call at Bedrock (18 February 1966)Fred, Wilma, Barney, and Betty put on the play Romeo Rock & Juliet Stone with funny results.
- Boss for a Day (25 February 1966)After complaining about having to work so hard on his job, the Great Gazoo magically makes Fred boss for a day. Fred then discovers being a boss is not all its cracked up to be.
- Fred's Island (4 March 1966) After being conned into painting his boss's huge yacht, the boat drifts away from the dock and they drift on what Fred thinks is an unexplored island, but its actually part of a theme park.
- Jealousy (11 March 1966) Wilma's childhood friend comes to town making Fred very jealous.
- Dripper (18 March 1966) Dripper the seal follows the Flintstones home while Dripper's trainer is attempting to steal him.
- My Fair Freddy (25 March 1966) Fred and Wilma get accepted into a Country Club of rich socialites while trying to fit in.
- The Story of Rocky's Raiders (1 April 1966) Fred's Grandfather comes for a visit and while waiting, Fred and Barney reminisce Grandpa Flintstone's army days. This is the last episode of the series.
Note: Although not considered part of the series, the 1966 feature film, The Man Called Flintstone, is considered an extension of the series.
