T'Than, Warminister

The famous and long standing Taelon war minister, who had served the Taelons in battles against Jaridian forces for many years. A bitter enemy of Zo'or, T'Than arrived on Earth during a time of no confidence in Zo'or's leadership and handling of Humanity. He seemed to have been an ally of Ram, and of Da'an. Despite his position on the Synod, T'Than often stayed with his forces in the neighbouring galaxy, only journeying in order to challenge Zo'or's leadership. In the fourth season, T'than was admitted to the Death Status, where he would wait until a new supply of core energy was located. His last wishes were to be awoken to find the earth filled with Taelon offspring. Soon afterwards, Zo'or murdered T'Than by energy cannibalism, stealing what little energy T'Than still had.

[edit] Mythological Taelons

Throughout the series, there were mentions of figures from Taelon mythology, often used as parables and fables:

  • Ma'li, a figure who defeated a large army singlehandedly by directing them through a tiny passage. Known as 'Ma'li between the cliffs.'
  • Urath'ma and Shaqarava.
  • Po'on was a famous Taelon King who features in a parable about fate and death.
