- His 3rd album Urban Legend was the fastest-selling album in history by a Southern Hip Hop Artist.
- He became the only artist to appear on 2 magazines covers at the same time on XXL Magazine. T.I. appeared on one cover and another one for his alter-ego T.I.P.
- His 4th album KING debuted at #1 with 522,000 copies sold and became the first best-selling hip hop album and the first to go platinum in 2006. He released his fifth album T.I. vs. T.I.P. the following year which it also debuted at #1 with over 460,000 copies sold in its first week making it the first best-selling hip hop album and the first to go platinum in 2007 which is great, especially during the time period where rap albums are no longer selling like they're used to due to bootlegging and downloading.
