This is a list of television episodes from the anime series Sonic X, based on the Sonic the Hedgehog video game series. The first fifty-two episodes ran consecutively from April 2003 to March 2004 in Japan. Future episodes did not air in Japan. In the United States, the first season ran from August 2003 to March 2004. The second season ran from September 2004 to March 2005. The third season ran from September 2005 to May 2006.

| Sonic the Hedgehog, with the help of Tails, Knuckles, and Amy, infiltrates Dr. Eggman's base in order to save Cream and Cheese and prevent Eggman from utilizing the seven Chaos Emeralds. During the struggle, the machine that contains the Emeralds is damaged, causing it to preform a large scale Chaos Control. This transports the base and everything around it to an alternate dimension. After Sonic comes to, he finds himself alone in an unfamiliar city, and he is soon met with the police and their High Speed Pursuit Unit or S-Team, led by Sam Speed. After escaping, Sonic runs off an unfinished part of the highway, and lands in a backyard pool. Sonic, unable to swim, is then saved by Chris Thorndyke. | |||

| Sonic, having been saved from drowning by Chris, stays at his house in order to figure out his situation. After being introduced to Chris's grandfather, Chuck Thorndyke, they learn that Cream and Cheese have been captured by the government and taken to a military base called Area 99. The two help Sonic infiltrate the base, and he is able to rescue Cream and Cheese after the electricity goes out. Afterwards, Tails, who had shut down the electricity earlier, rescues them with his plane, the Tornado. They travel back to Chris's home, and realize that more of them must have been transported, including Dr. Eggman, who has decided that the new dimension will be the start of his new empire. | |||

| Eggman begins his attempt to take over by attacking the nearest city with one of his robots, E-23 Missile Wrist. At the same time, Amy and Knuckles are hiding in the sewers to avoid detection and are formulating a plan to return to their world. After Eggman's robot reaches the city and begins its path of destruction, Eggman announces his intentions on television and demands the city's surrender. This causes Tails and Chris to head out on the Tornado, though they are hit by the machine when they arrive. Knuckles and Amy attempt help the two of them, but Amy ends up captured by Eggman. Sonic soon learns of the attacks, manages to save Amy, and destroys the machine. Amy returns to Chris's house with Sonic, but Knuckles, too worried about the well-being of the Master Emerald without a guardian, refuses to go with him. | |||

| The group discusses the seven Chaos Emeralds, and they come to believe that if they find all seven, they'll be able to return to their world. The group and Dr. Eggman are under observation by the government. They decide to send an operative, Mr. Stewart, into the school system as a teacher to monitor Chris. Afterwards, a Chaos Emerald located at a construction site causes a machine to go berserk, which alerts Eggman, Sonic's group, Chris, and Mr. Stewart. They all eventually reach the site, and while Sonic fights one of Eggman's robots, Chris manages to sneak up on Eggman, who has found an emerald. Eggman takes off into the sky, and Chris, holding the emerald, is thrown off. Mr. Stewart attempts to save him, but Sonic reaches Chris first. | |||

| Knuckles, frantic to return to the Master Emerald, is told by Dr. Eggman that Sonic is to blame for their predicament, and that Sonic has the Chaos Emeralds, which they could use to return to their world. Chris, Tails, and Amy find a lead on a Chaos Emerald in Silver Valley, and head towards that area. Afterwards, one of Eggman's robots delivers a message from Knuckles to Sonic telling Sonic to meet him in the same area. Eggman manages to capture Chris's group with a robot and reveals to them that it was a trap. Knuckles confronts Sonic, demanding the Chaos Emeralds. After Sonic and Knuckles fight for a while, Amy is able to damage the robot and signal Sonic. After the robot is destroyed, Knuckles realizes that he was manipulated, attacks Eggman, and leaves on his own once again. | |||

| Eggman decides to focus on brainwashing children in order to achieve his goals of a dictatorship. He sends a robot called "Intelligente" to Chris's school in order to replace their a teacher and focus their curriculum on himself. After forcing Mr. Stewart out of his classroom, Intelligente soon finds that he likes the children, and ignores Eggman's original orders. After Eggman threatens to disassemble him, Intelligente sets out to complete his original mission, and he is destroyed by Sonic. Chris's parents, Nelson Thorndyke and Linsey Thorndyke, return home soon afterwards. | |||

| Mrs. Linsey Thorndyke, glad to be home with her son, decides to throw a party. Sam and Mr. Stewart are invited. Meanwhile, Chris goes to school and Cream and Cheese are bored. They decide to pick flowers. Sonic goes to a lake surrounded by flowers to pick some for Cream. When Chris returns to home, Cream and Cheese discover Linsey is having a party and try to help, but are stopped by Chris. Tanaka discovers them, Sonic and the others and agrees to help Chris and Chuck to keep them a secret. Cream and Cheese leave and Chris tries to find them. Cream and Cheese are wandering around the mansion when they overhear Linsey called away immediately to an important film shoot, and her crying as she calls herself a terrible mother for not being able to spend more time with Chris. As she leaves, Mr. Stewart arrives, planning to make a good impression on her while leaving a listening bug behind. Cream and Cheese are nearly spotted by Ella and Stewart, but Chris manages to pass them off as stuffed animals. Chris makes a comment about his mother being rude for missing the party, although he doesn't mean it. Cream and Cheese, not knowing this, angrily yell at Chris about his mother's real reaction about having to leave, and then storm out. Mr. Tanaka barely manages to pass this off as a ventriloquism act when Tails and Amy come running through the room looking for Cream and Cheese. Stewart, deciding he's seen more than he bargained for, doesn't leave the bug and takes it with him. Ella thinks she's going crazy, so Chris decides to let her in on their secret. Chris is upset since Linsey left and Cream was mad at him. Cream arrives and she's so happy for Chris. She makes Chris and Ella flower crowns as a token of appreciation. | |||

| Eggman launches his E-90 Super Sweeper robot to suck up satellites and turn them into robot parts. Sonic and Tails try to stop the Sweeper, but Tails's Tornado plane is quickly overwhelmed. To defeat the Super Sweeper, Tails teams up with Chuck to build the X-Tornado, a jet plane powered by the gang's Chaos Emerald. Tails shows everybody X-Tornado. Sonic and Tails, joined by Chris, once again go after the Super Sweeper. Sonic battles the robot, but he's attacked. The machines goes to outer space. Sonic is outside the plane and freezes. Tails and Chris use a Power Ring to defrost Sonic, allowing him to defeat the Super Sweeper. | |||

| The grand opening of the new hotel at the Emerald Coast starts. Tails, Amy and Cream go to play on beach near Chris's cabin near the sea and Chris, Ella and Tanaka go to grand opening because Linsey can't go, but Sonic goes for a run. Amy daydreams about Sonic, and after seeing some lovers on the beach decides to make a bracelet out of shells to protect him from drowning. Eggman ruins her plans by showing up at the beach and wrecking the resort, luring Sonic to where he will be weakest, water. After the battle Eggman leaves and Amy decides to give Sonic the bracelet. While giving it to him, Sonic then realizes how much Amy cares for him. Eggman returns, inadvertently ruining Amy's bracelet and causing her to become mad. She then destroys the robot that was attacking Sonic. Amy tries to help Sonic by destroying Eggman's "flying chair" and falls in the ocean (while still holding the broken bracelet), and Sonic jumps in after her even though he is afraid of water. When Amy wakes up, she doesn't remember who saved her. Cream claimed it was Tails and Chris. Amy starts to cry again for losing the bracelet. At the end of the episode Sonic says to himself, "Sonic, you gotta stay outta the water." It is then shown that he repaired Amy's bracelet and is wearing it on his hand. Sonic is the only one who really knew who saved Amy, himself. | |||

| Tails is flying above Station Square in the X-Tornado when he locates a Chaos Emerald. Tails lands near a its location. The place is Diamond Stadium. Tails meets the worker named Alfred Butler. Alfred shows Tails the Cyan Chaos Emerald. Tails shows him the Green Emerald, causing a beam of light to shoot up. Everyone sees the light, including Knuckles and Eggman. Meanwhile, Sonic and the gang are eating dinner when Bokkun arrives with a message and Sonic sees the light by window. They find out the light is coming from Diamond Stadium. Sonic, Amy, Cream, Chris, Chuck and Tanaka go to Diamond Stadium. Eggman arrives and steals the Cyan Chaos Emerald. Knuckles arrives, along with Sonic and the others. The robots arrive and Eggman and Chuck introduce themselves. Eggman decides to stake both Chaos Emeralds on a game of baseball. The match between Sonic's team and Eggman's team starts. As the game goes on, people begin to arrive at the stadium. Sonic's Team eventually wins, but Eggman escapes with Cyan Chaos Emerald. | |||

| The government plans to defeat Eggman by making a raid on his base, and they realize they will need Sonic's help. To attempt to contact him, they use Mr. Stewart to plant a false message about a Chaos Emerald, which is overheard by Rouge the Bat, a gem thief. She gets to the "Emerald" first, and is ambushed by government agents, who decide to recruit her instead. Teaming up with a special team of agents, Rouge infiltrates Eggman's base, planning all the while to steal the Cyan Chaos Emerald. Meanwhile, Sonic, Tails, Amy, Chris and Chris's classmate Danny go to old factory to find the Chaos Emerald. They search for a long time before Chris and Danny get too tired. They finally arrive at factory, but they can't find the Chaos Emerald. Sonic, Tails and Amy find out Chris and Danny are sleeping and they take them to school. Chris and Danny wake up in the middle of class. Meanwhile, Agent Topaz is kidnapped by Eggman's new robot, but Rouge defeats the robot and saves Topaz. Rouge, Topaz and the agents escape from base. | |||

| The President declares war on Eggman, launching a full aerial and naval attack on his base. While Knuckles sneaks aboard one of the planes, Rouge and the army infiltrate Eggman's base once more, and Sonic, Tails, Amy, Chris and Chris' classmate Frances discover another Chaos Emerald. However, they find themselves at the mercy of Eggman's E-35 robot, which has a giant turbine that it uses to fly, and also generate gale-force winds. Tails tries to defeat the robot using the X-Cyclone (the name given to the X-Tornado when it transforms into a land-based vehicle), but he gets trashed by the wind. | |||

| Rouge, Topaz and the army are trying to find the generator room of Eggman's fortress. Knuckles is trapped in a missile, but thanks to that he arrives at the base. Rouge and Knuckles team up inside Eggman's base to escape, while Sonic confronts Eggman's robot Funfun. Eggman escapes with the Yellow Emerald, and uses it in his new robot Guerra-Hard with the Cyan Emerald. Sonic, Tails, Amy, Chris and Frances arrive in the X-Tornado, seeking to infiltrate Eggman's base. Sonic battles with Guerra-Hard, defeats it, and takes the emeralds. Meanwhile, Decoe and Bocoe traps Knuckles, Rouge, Topaz and the army inside the generator room after they set the timers on the explosives. Knuckles and Rouge try to escape by using their skills, but the time is going to run out. Sonic accidentally frees them and they escape. The base explodes. Sonic returns to the X-Tornado with the Cyan and Yellow Emeralds and the people begin know about Sonic and his friends. | |||

| Following Eggman's defeat, Sonic is invited to a party by the President, but he declines to take his new friend Helen to an island. Tails, Amy, Cream, Chris and Chuck go to the party without Sonic. Jerome Wise, the President's secretary, launches an army mission to get Sonic. Sonic and Helen arrive at the island, but they're attacked by the army. Sonic and Helen commandeer a helicopter and escape. Sonic finds out it's late and he decides to bring Helen home. Helen confronts Sonic because the President is waiting for him. Sonic and Helen finally arrive at the party and Sonic meets the President. In the end, Helen tells the story to her parents. | |||

| Chris gives Sonic a cell phone. Tails and Amy arrive and tell them that they plan to go shopping because they no longer need to hide from the public. Amy then spots the cell phone. Sonic throws it to them and wants to be alone at home. Tails, Amy, Cream, Chris and Ella leave to go shopping. Chris tries to convince Sonic to keep the phone, but Tails explains that Sonic tends to show up if there is trouble. When Tails, Amy, Cream, Chris, and Ella arrive at the shopping center, they are attacked by swarms of people. Tails, Amy, Cream, Chris and Ella wants to find the quiet place. Meanwhile, Eggman has created a battleship called the Egg Fort and goes to destroy Station Square. Tails, Amy, Cream, Chris and Ella try to escape by car, but it's destroyed by Eggman's robots. Sonic arrives and tries to battle Eggman, but he fails. Tails discovers the only way to defeat Eggman is by using the X-Tornado, which is still at Chris's home. Sam Speed arrives and takes Tails, Amy, Cream, Chris, and Ella home. At the same time, Sonic is attacked by Eggman's robots. Tails, Amy, Cream, Chris, Ella and Sam are attacked by Eggman's robots too, but Mr. Stewart saves them. He joins them on a mission called Take X-Tornado. The robots attack again, but Tanaka saves them with the X-Tornado. Tails, Amy, and Chris then use the jet to save Sonic. The X-Tornado then takes the fight out over the ocean to prevent damage to Station Square. Sonic defeats Eggman by using 2 Power Rings at once. The Egg Fort sinks below the ocean, but Sonic, Tails, Amy, and Chris are worried Eggman will soon be back. | |||

It's revealed the Egg Fort isn't destroyed, but is damaged underwater. Meanwhile, Chuck gives Sonic, Tails, Amy, Cream and Chris the licenses to travel. Sonic, Tails, Amy, Cream and Chris goes to Southern Sea for vacation. While riding to sea by X-Tornado, Tails finds out the another Chaos Emerald is near them, but it's in underwater. While Tails, Amy and Cream are playing on the beach, Chris tries to help Sonic in finding Chaos Emerald in underwater, but he fails. Sonic and Chris enlists the help from Tails, Amy and Cream. They buys underwater things and the owner tells them the ship was sinking with the treasure. Sonic, Tails, Amy, Cream and Chris dives to underwater and finds the ship. Meanwhile, Eggman finds out Sonic is on vacation. Sonic and the gang finds the treasure and Dark Blue Chaos Emerald. Egg Fort arrives and Eggman sends his robot Clurken to defeat Sonic. Sonic is fighting with robot as Tails, Amy, Cream and Chris swims back to surface. Sonic isn't running in underwater and he gets blowned into surface. At that moment, Tanaka arrives and Tails, Amy, Cream and Chris are surprised. Clurken arrives and attacks Sonic. Sam arrives and saves Sonic. Tails gives Sonic Power Ring and Sonic defeats Clurken, but Egg Fort escapes. Chris explains everything to owner and the owner tells Chris his great grandfather was the captain of the ship. In the end, Sonic, Tails, Amy, Cream, Chris and Tanaka goes to finish the vacation as Eggman screams about Sonic's vacation. |

| Knuckles goes to meet Hawk, a human he met who claims to have the Red Chaos Emerald. However, Knuckles must contend with several mobsters first, then the threat of both Rouge the Bat and the robot E-91: a "kunoichi", or female ninja (The Lady Ninja in the dub). She kidnaps Hawk. Knuckles saves Hawk. Rouge steals Chaos Emerald. E-91 tries to stop her. Rouge drops the emerald and she escapes. Knuckles and Hawk grabs the emerald and defeats E-91. The next morning, Knuckles says goodbye to Hawk. | |||

| During a battle with the Egg Fort, the X Tornado is shot down. Tails and Chris are separated from Sonic and tries to fix X-Tornado. Tails transforms it into X-Cyclone and he and Chris go find Sonic. They find themselves near the site of a new dam, strangely (and illegally!) being built nowhere near water. While Tails and Chris work to stop the dam construction, Sonic takes on E65, a robot that can turn invisible. In the process, the construction has unintentionally helped Sonic, and Eggman unintentionally helps Tails and Chris stop the dam construction. The builders are arrested by police and Sonic, Tails and Chris go back home. | |||

| Sonic and co. go to visit Chris' mother at a creepy old castle, where she is filming a movie with her in the lead role. As the camera man is filming he bumps into a strange artifact standing on a pedestal. When he moves it, Sonic, who is exploring an ancient underground basement area, starts to see purple light fill the room. After the filming is finished and the film crew close up, everyone goes to sleep for the night in some rooms in the castle. Chris notices Sonic is missing, and strange things start happening to the animals and the crew. Chris and the animals check out the area that Sonic is in and the encounter a bunch of ghosts, led by King Boom Boo, who are trapping everyone in a forcefield. Sonic gives Chris the artifact from earlier. As the ghosts are pulling Sonic in the forcefield, Amy and Chris go back to the pedestal the artifact was on, and it reads: "Appears under the moon, disappears under the sun". The two discover a secret entrance to the area under the pedestal and go to save everyone. Sonic tells Amy to put the artifact on the ledge in the corner of the room with the sun side up, but King Boom Boo changes Sonic's voice so he says put the moon side up. This gives the ghosts their power. As King Boom Boo and the ghosts come after Amy and Chris. A ghost takes control of Amy's body and attacks Chris with the Piko-Piko Hammer. Chris realizes what that note on the pedestal meant. The ghosts appear when the moon side is up and disappear when the sun side is up, as the inscription read. He switches to the sun side up, turning off the forcefield and freeing Sonic and the others. King Boom Boo is the only ghost left. Everyone escapes from the underground cave and reseals the entrance, trapping King Boom Boo. However, the moon side is left facing up on its original pedestal, leaving the ghosts with their powers. | |||

| Sonic and company take a trip on the Thorndyke yacht to see glaciers, but Sonic doesn't appreciate the slow, long journey, and tries to get out of it (by trying to jump out to the shore with a full-speed running start through the whole deck). When a helicopter arrives, Sonic and the others assume it is his requested ride out, but Tanaka has arrived with senior citizens who's goal is to teach Sonic and friends to relax. Sonic tries harder than ever to leave, momentarily tricking Tails into wanting to return as well, and using Amy's crush on him as leverage to make her look like she's going crazy from the slow trip. Ironically Sonic only learns to relax once Eggman shows up to ruin their trip with his new Egg Fort 2. | |||

| Chris' uncle Sam wants to race Sonic, but Sonic isn't interested, even with Sam's new rocket engine in his car. After constant pestering and a threat by Eggman, Sonic gives in, and challenges Sam. Sonic and Sam are racing the Station Square streets, the bridge, desert and rocks. Eggman's robot tries to stop the race, but he fails. Tails, Amy, Cream, Chris, Chuck, Linsey, Nelson, Ella and Tanaka are waiting for them. Sonic wins the race and Sam is defeated. | |||

| While on a hiking trip in Japan, Sonic and co. settle in and have fun. Cheese is swimming when a current blows him off course and into a stream. They find him again, and the river led him into a pool in a Chao colony. They take care of the Chao and play with them. However, the place is put in danger when Eggman, also hiking in the vicinity, shows up with a new robot, thinking that the gang is there because they found a Chaos Emerald. Eggman attacks the Chao but is defeated, however the destroyed robot is leaking oil into the lake; Sonic clears the lake by running around it with full speed. Accidentally, Sonic trashes the oil into Chris and the others. The Chao Colony finally enters into lake. At the campfire, Tanaka tells Chris he found the Chao Colony when he was little kid. | |||

| Chris' dad Nelson buys a ring for his wife, unaware that it's actually the Purple Chaos Emerald. Things go from bad to worse when Sonic and co. , Knuckles, Rouge, and Eggman all show up looking for the Emerald. Stuart arrives too. Eggman steals Chaos Emerald. He sends the robot called Weazo to defeat Sonic and the others. Sonic and Knuckles defeat Weazo. Rouge tries to take the emerald from Eggman, but she fails. Eggman escapes with the emerald. | |||

While fighting a robot, Sonic accidentally gets a microchip stuck in his ear. When the chip receives a signal from Tanaka's car remote, it causes Sonic to start running nonstop. The gang then attempts to catch him, resulting in several badly planned attempts involving assistance from Knuckles and Sam. This includes Knuckles catches Sonic in a hamster wheel, so that Sonic can remain stationary. However, he continues to run even when asleep and the wheel falls apart, unable to bear the stress, and crashes into Knuckles who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. The next attempt is that Sam try to lead Sonic into a canyon with the exit separated into two routes, no. 1 glued. But Sam can't accept to be no. 2, so he goes the wrong way. Sam is glued while Sonic is running away. Tails discovers Sonic is running by magnetic power from farm. Tails and Amy (who are on X-Tornado)arrives to farm and spots a robot. Amy tries to battle him, but she's attacked. Sonic arrives, defeats the robot, drops the chip, saves Amy and stops running. |

| With one Chaos Emerald left to find, everyone makes their plans. Chris is upset and thinking about Sonic. Mr. Stuart tells Chris why he's upset and thinking. While Sonic and co. continue to search for the Emerald, Eggman decides to rely on his robot Lucky, a clumsy robot covered in good luck charms. Knuckles plans to make a temporary alliance with Eggman so they can all get back home, and convinces Chris to help him. Meanwhile, Lucky continues to go through one unlucky experience after another. Eggman tricks Knuckles and Chris into bringing him all their Chaos Emeralds, after which he kicks Knuckles off his ship, holds Chris prisoner, and then sets out to rendezvous with Lucky, who finally lived up to his name and found the White Emerald in a landfill. | |||

| With Chris as his prisoner, Eggman goes out to meet Lucky who has found the final Chaos Emerald. However, Eggman comes under attack by Sonic and several government robots. Unwilling to be pushed around, Eggman transforms the Egg Fort 2 into the Eggsterminator and gives it the power of his six Chaos Emeralds (Green, Dark Blue, Yellow, Cyan, Purple and Red). The government robots are destroyed, and Sonic starts to get pulverized by the super fast robot. Chris, unable to bear the sight, breaks free of his restraints and grabs the Chaos Emeralds, jumping out the window. He is caught by Rouge, but the Chaos Emeralds and Sonic fall into the sea. As Chaos Control builds, Sonic appears in his improved form:Super Sonic!He defeats robot and saves Chris. Chaos Control surrounds everything. Super Sonic takes care of his injured friend and cures him by Chaos Emerald. Chris wants to go with Sonic, but Super Sonic disappears. Chris screams and he disappears too. Sonic and Chris finds themselves they're not in Sonic's world, but a piece of Sonic's world has arrived in theirs. | |||

| Six months have passed. Two islands, one of them a falling Angel Island, appear on the coast of Station Square. Chaos Control seems to have brought a part of Sonic's world to Earth, leaving the heroes trapped. Also, Amy sits at her home thinking how bored she is and how she misses Sonic and the others. Then a new character named Big the Cat shows up (after appearing in Episode 1 and not appearing until now) and he has a little frog friend named Froggy. They find the Purple Chaos Emerald but then Froggy swallows a blue glob and he grows a tail! Big is confused, and Froggy swallows the Chaos Emerald and runs away. Chasing Froggy, Big runs into Chris and Cream (who are leaving their short visit with Chris's mother have been given the Yellow Chaos Emerald) run into Big who tells them about Froggy. Chris and Cream help him search for Froggy. They run into a water-like creature that is creating chaos. Things get worse as Eggman unleashes his E-100 team, an elite robot force, and the robots are powered by animals! The evil creature, Big, Cream, and Chris run into is named Chaos, a shape shifting water creature, and it begins its attack. Sonic appears and comes to the rescue. Eggman tells Sonic and his friends about Chaos and how each time he gets a Chaos Emerald, Chaos becomes bigger and stronger. Eggman grabs the Yellow Emerald and gives it to Chaos (along with the Red Chaos Emerald). Knuckles charges into the scene shortly after Sonic. Sonic and Knuckles duel with Chaos in a dramatic battle and win. Suddenly, Eggman and Chaos escape while Sonic and his friends think of how hard Chaos was with two emeralds; it makes them think, "What if he gets more Chaos Emeralds!" | |||

Meanwhile, Amy finds a bird with a Chaos Emerald pendant and calls it Lily. | Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles manage to infiltrate the Egg Carrier and free Amy, but Eggman unfortunately manages to get the Dark Blue Chaos Emerald. Meanwhile Knuckles manages to get hold of the last piece of the Master Emerald. Amy, Tails, and Gamma leave the Egg Carrier while Big and Chris manage to find Froggy and free him but they get caught by Eggman who captures Froggy and forces the Purple Emerald out of his stomach. Eggman then feeds the Dark Blue and Purple Chaos Emeralds to Chaos who grows again and traps Froggy, Big, and Chris. Sonic and Knuckles are forced to fight Chaos to free them. Chris, Froggy, Big and Knuckles escape on the X Tornado, Sonic hitches a ride with Eggman and lands in the location of a mysterious temple while Tails must stop an Eggman missile. Back at Chris's home Amy finds out about Lily's siblings, then with great determination they head out to find them. Meanwhile Chris, Big, Froggy and Knuckles crash land the X Tornado in Mystic Ruins, Knuckles makes an early departure, Big and Froggy head for home, and Chris locates the White Chaos Emerald in the rubble of the X Tornado who sprints after Knuckles. | |||

Chris is running the bridge with Chaos Emerald while looking for Sonic, Tails and Knuckles. At the same time, Everyone arrives to Thorndyke Residence. Tails wants to go to find X-Tornado. With Ella's and Tanaka's help, Tails goes to place to find X-Tornado. Fed up at the treatment he received under Eggman, Gamma declares his independence and reprograms the other E-100s except Beta, who is still aboard the Egg Carrier. Amy also heads there looking for Lily's family. Meanwhile, Sonic fights Eggman in his new Egg Viper. Amy and Lily flee from Zero, Decoe and Bocoe in the Egg Carrier and then witness Gamma and Beta battle and destroy each other. It is then revealed that Lily's brother and sister were the animals used to run Beta and Gamma. Tails finds Sonic and they go find X-Tornado. Suddenly, the storm arrives while Knuckles is still heading to Angel Island. At that moment, Eggman is going back to Egg Carrier, but he's attacked by Chaos, who betrayed him. |

Chris arrives to Tails's workshop and he can't find Sonic, Tails and Knuckles. Meanwhile, Sonic and Tails finds Knuckles and Eggman, who's knocked out after he was attacked by Chaos. Eggman wakes up, explains everything and leaves. Chris shows up with White Chaos Emerald. Suddenly, Chaos arrives and attacks Chris. Sonic and Knuckles rescues Chris, but Chaos escapes with Chaos Emerald. Chris blames himself. Chaos turns into Perfect Chaos and attacks Station Square. Perfect Chaos floods the city. Sonic, Tails, Knuckles and Chris(who are on X-Tornado)arrives to save the city and stop Chaos. Eggman, along with his helpers(who are abord new Egg Carrier)arrives, but Perfect Chaos trashes them. Tikal the Echidna arrives and tells about Chaos. Perfect Chaos steals the emeralds' power and trashes them. Tails, Amy, Cream, Knuckles, Chris, Big and Eggman finds Chaos Emeralds and gives them to Sonic. Sonic transforms into Super Sonic and defeats Perfect Chaos, but Chaos is alive. The Chao Colony arrives and Tikal tells all. Chaos and Tikal disappears. Everyone are rescued, but Station Square is destroyed. |

While hacking into G. U. N. 's computers, Eggman comes across the diary of his grandfather, Gerald Robotnik and learns of Project Shadow, a mysterious plot that was rumoured to be so dangerous that the military attacked Gerald's home, the Space Colony ARK and captured Gerald and imprisoned the result of Project Shadow, the Ultimate Lifeform, on Prison Island. Along with that, Eggman realizes that since his grandfather was living on earth, he must be from their planet. Eggman and his sidekicks break into Prison Island to unlock the Ultimate Lifeform using the White Chaos Emerald and are in for quite a surprise. At the same time, Cream, Chris, Chuck, Ella and Tanaka decides to move to New York City because the mansion is destroyed. Sonic, Tails, Amy, Linsey, Nelson, Helen, Danny and Frances says goodbye to them while Sonic is racing around the destroyed Station Square. Meanwhile, Rouge and Topaz are looking for Eggman and takes the Master Emerald. Knuckles tries to stop them, but he fails. Topaz finds Dark Blue Chaos Emerald and gives it to Rouge. Scarlet Garcia arrives to New York City TV station and meets a TV reprter Franklin(who's Mr. Stuart). Mr. Stuart tells her now the topic to news is Project Shadow and they go investigate Project Shadow. |

| A mysterious black hedgehog similar to Sonic robs a bank, stealing the green Chaos Emerald. Sonic is framed for stealing it and G.U.N. forces are chasing him down. Sonic and friends are shocked when they run into the thief: a black hedgehog named Shadow! Shadow is the Ultimate Lifeform, freed by Dr. Eggman. Sonic and Shadow battle, but Shadow makes his escape and Sonic is taken to Prison Island. Meanwhile, Shadow meets Eggman on the ARK and introduces him to the Eclipse Cannon, a powerful weapon that can destroy a planet. Shadow says it needs the Chaos Emeralds to be powered, and Eggman decides to use it to either conquer or destroy Earth. | Sonic is being held in a top security prison on Prison Island, thanks to Shadow and Eggman. Tails, Amy, Chris and Mr. Tanaka venture onto the island to save Sonic. Shadow, Eggman and Rouge venture onto Prison Island to retrieve three more Chaos Emeralds (cyan, purple and red). Amy releases Sonic, who races off to find Shadow. Rouge finds three emeralds but gets locked in the safe. Meanwhile, Chris is separated from Tanaka and goes to find Sonic by himself. Shadow uses Chaos Control to get to Rouge, but Chris hitches a ride as well. Shadow sees that a figment of his imagination makes Chris appear like Maria to Shadow saying "Shadow I beg of you please," so Shadow teleports them to the ARK, and Prison Island explodes; thankfully everyone escapes without harm. | |||

In order to get to Eggman's base on Space Colony Ark, Sonic and co. must infiltrate his launch site. However, first they must contend with Bokkun and the Egg Golem. Egg Golem kidnaps Topaz, but she's rescued by Sonic, Amy, Cream, Knuckles and Tanaka. Egg Golem is controled and begins attack Bokkun. At the same time, Tails creates fake Chaos Emerald and joins the gang. Tails sees more people and tells them in X-Tornado are 4 places. Sonic spots a rocket and he, Tails, Amy, Knuckles and Tanaka files to ARK to save Chris as Topaz is keeping the eye on Cream when the others will be gone. | |||

| Sonic and co. arrive on Space Colony Ark, and split up. While Sonic takes on Shadow, the others set out to find Eggman, and Knuckles takes on Rouge for the Master Emerald back. Meanwhile Mr. Stewart and Scarlet Garcia interview an old man who worked on the Space Colony, hoping for information. In space, Eggman fires a warning shot from the Eclipse cannon at the moon, destroying half of it. Unfortunately when he puts all 7 Chaos Emeralds into the cannon, a recording of Professor Gerald announces that the ARK will now crash into Earth, destroying it completely, his revenge on all humanity for what they did to Maria. At the same time, Chris runs away from Shadow and bumps into Tails, Amy, Knuckles and Tanaka. | |||

| As Space Colony Ark heads for the Earth, the combatants put aside their differences to stop the descent. Shadow however, begs to differ, and refuses to help since he believes there's no point to it and the humans deserve to be destroyed because of what they've done. But after Chris reminds Shadow of the true promise he made to Maria, he changes his mind and decides to aid Sonic and co. He does so by fighting off the Bio-Lizard, a Project Shadow prototype, while Knuckles drains the Chaos Emeralds with the Master Emerald. At first it appeared as if the Bio- Lizard was defeated by shadow. However the Bio-Lizard uses Chaos Control to attach itself to the colony to become the FinalHazard which is also hell-bent on pulling it toward Earth even faster. In order to stop it, Sonic and Shadow go into super-form to stop it. For a last second victory Shadow sees Maria and takes off his rings to gain all the power he needs. Both he and Sonic use Chaos Control to teleport the Space Colony out of the atmosphere and back into orbit. Shadow vanishes at the climax of their victory (presumed to be dead). Chris is given only one of Shadow's rings, and with that the episode ends in a sad note. | |||

Chris is upset after Sonic has destroyed the towers, but Amy confronts him and tells him they really trust Sonic. They and Tails go find Sonic. The people asks Knuckles to stop Sonic. Sonic is destroying the towers, but he's stopped by Knuckles and they begins fight. The fight is stopped by Tails, Amy and Chris. Everyone tries to stop Sonic's rampage in order to find out why he's doing it. Sonic reveals that the Eggmoon can't possibly block the sunlight all the time because the Earth is rotating, the moon is rotating around the Earth, and the two are both revolving around the sun. If the Eggmoon had really stopped moving, the rotation would allow for sunlight most of the time; therefore, Eggman is lying. Eggman holds the President hostage, but is thwarted when Sonic and co. show up to save him. The Eggmoon is taken out of Eggman's control by Knuckles, and Eggman is sent to jail with Decoe and Bocoe. | |||

Nelson runs from his office, takes his chopper and takes Linsey to home. At the same time, Eggman, Decoe and Bocoe are repairing the maschines. Eggman puts on them the chip what makes them crazy and evil to seek revenge on Sonic. Linsey and Nelson arrives. Chuck and Nelson starts argue for Chris, jobs, freedoms and Sonic and Chris yells at them to stop. Linsey and Ella are making a cherry pie to cheer Chris up. While cooking, everyone are attacked by maschines. Sonic arrives to rescue and Emerl begins copy his spindash. The other maschines attacks again, but Amy defeats them by her hammer. The evil TV attacks Chris. Sonic and Emerl arrives to rescue and they destroys the TV by spindash. The other maschines attacks Sonic, Chris and Emerl. The water sprays and the maschines gets damaged. The others arrives and Sonic finds out Eggman is to blame. The maschines dries the water. Sonic runs to city to rescue people from maschines, Tails, Amy and Nelson goes to water supplies. Chris wants to go, but Linsey isn't letting him go. Meanwhile, Bokkun rescues Eggman, Decoe and Bocoe. Sonic spots Knuckles battling with the maschines. Tails, Amy and Nelson repairs the water, but the maschines are damaged the dam. Chuck and Tanaka goes to help. Chris wants to go again, but Linsey isn't letting him go again. Linsey finds out Chris is ok. She finally lets him go, but she go with him too. Sonic and Knuckles gets too tired, but their friends saves the day. |

It's revealed Eggman has a hidehout in the sewers. Cream, Chris, Helen, Danny, Frances, Mr. Stuart and Emerl chases Eggman, but they're captured. Meanwhile, Chuck tells Sonic Cream, Chris and Emerl are gone and Sonic goes to find them. Mr. Stuart frees himself, Cream, Chris, Helen, Danny, Frances and Emerl and tries to find the exit. They bumps into Bokkun and they tricks him Ella is making the apple pie. Bokkun goes to surface. Sonic arrives and Bokkun tells him all. Sonic tells Bokkun Ella is making a strawberry cake. Cream, Chris, Helen, Danny, Frances, Mr. Stuart and Emerl are attacked by Eggman's Egg Spider. Sonic, Rouge and Topaz arrives to save them. Emerl begins copy Rouge kick. Emerl frees everyone and they escapes from sewers. In the end, Sonic, Cream, Chris and Emerl returns to home, but they're dirty. Ella shows them Bokkun eating the cakes before Sonic, Cream, Chris and Emerl goes to take a shower. | |||

The contestants include Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Big, Rouge, Chris, Danny, Hawk, Chris' father and grandfather, Lucky, Emerl, Decoe, Bocoe, Mr. Stewert, Sam Speed, Ella, Mr. Tanaka, the president, a black knight and Bokkun. Every one fights in a series of kooky clashes. Sonic abandons the tournament to chase Eggman, Lucky wins his fights without fighting and Decoe and Bocoe both abandon the fight to escape the army. The final 8 are a line-up-Knuckles, Rouge, Chris, Emerl, Mr. Tanaka, Mr. Stewert, Lucky and Amy. Some of the battles in the tournament were removed in the English dub version. | |||

| As Sonic chases Eggman, the tournament draws to a close. Knuckles takes on Chris and wins. Lucky and Mr. Stewert are about to fight but Mr. Stewert abandons the fight believing "his cover's been blown". Mr. Tanaka fights Emerl with a bo staff but fails after Emerl copied his skill. Then Rouge vs Amy and Amy fails. The final 4 are Emerl vs Lucky and Knuckles vs Rouge. Emerl defeats Lucky and Knuckles beats Rouge. The final fight pits Knuckles vs Emerl and Emerl succeeds. But upon receiving the Chaos Emerald, Emerl turns evil and wrecks the city and beats up Sonic, Knuckles, Rouge, Amy and Tails. But Cream and Cheese manage to defeat Emerl. Chuck discovers the blame what makes Emerl evil is Chaos Emerald. Emerl leads everybody to beach. Cream and Cheese defeats Emerl. Emerl gets blown up to sea and explodes. Cream and Cheese begins cry as Sonic, Tails, Amy, Knuckles, Chris, Chuck, Rouge and Vanilla are watching it. | |||

| Dr. Eggman kidnaps a group of GUN soldiers, including Topaz, and steals a map of the lost continent of Murasia. Pursuing him, Sonic and the gang find him planning to activate a hotspot located beneath an island that is the last remnant of Murasia. Sonic tries to battle Eggman, but he gets blown up into water. Chris saves Sonic, but Eggman attacks them using the waves. Tanaka rescues them. Engaging Eggman's Giant-Makan warship, they are joined by the EGGfort 1, which has been recovered and refurbished into the GUNfort. The GUNfort sets out to destroy Eggman's vessel, not caring for the prisoners aboard. In desperation, Eggman fires the Giant-Makan's main weapon, driving off the GUN forces. Eggman, his allies, and Sonic's friends then land on the island. | |||

| Traveling around on the island, Eggman plans to set off the hotspot with an explosive. While Sonic, Knuckles, and Rouge investigate the subterranean landscape of the island, the others are trying to locate Dr. Eggman. Eggman sends Decoe and Bocoe to find the food. Decoe and Bocoe are attack by a big fly while looking for a food. Sonic and the gang spots them attacked by bug. Chris tries to distract the bug, but he's attacked too and joins Decoe and Bocoe in escape. Chris, Decoe and Bocoe bumps into Eggman and Chris is captured. Sonic and Rouge go to find Chris, but they're separated. Rouge finds a jewel and she goes to finish her job. Decoe and Bocoe accidentally frees Chris and Rouge saves Chris. Unwittingly, the intruders awaken a giant Mogera esque robot that attacks them. Over the course of a pitched battle, Decoe and Bocoe reject Dr. Eggman and try to help, but are sent flying. Sonic then throws Eggman's explosive into the robot, causing it to explode. The island begins to sink, and everyone escapes. Rouge reveals a jewel recovered from Murasia, but it is taken by the professor who accompanied them, much to Knuckles' amusement. Chris is upset after Decoe and Bocoe are died when they rescued him. Decoe and Bocoe then emerge, having been rebuilt by Tails and Chuck, and denounce Dr. Eggman. | |||

| Everyone is having a freedom from their jobs, Decoe and Bocoe are now working for Thorndyke's and Linsey and Nelson visits Chris because they have a freedom from their jobs too and they decided to spend a time with Chris if the freedom never end. Eggman is totally upset for Decoe's and Bocoe's betrayal. During a barbecue, Chuck gets a phone call from the president. Later, someone shows up explaining that Sonic's world and theirs were once one and at some point in the past a catastrophic event caused the worlds to split and join parallel universes running on their own timeline. The two worlds are rejoining and the timelines will cancel each other out causing time to freeze and the only way to stop this is to send Sonic and the rest back. Chris overhears it and is upset. Chris believes this is one of Dr. Eggman's tricks so he runs away and asks Decoe and Bocoe to take him to Eggman. They don't know where Eggman is. Bokkun arrives and takes them to Eggman. When Eggman tells him he didn't do it, Chris goes back home. Tails tells Chuck they have find two missing Chaos Emeralds and decides to build the teleport gate. The episode ends with Sonic finding one of the two missing Chaos Emeralds. | |||

| At the beggining of the new day, Amy says goodbye with her apartment. Meanwhile, The President tells everyone the time goes to stop and Sonic and the gang must return to their homeworld. At that moment, Sonic returns as Chris is standing near the pool and talks with him. Tails and Chuck are working on a machine to initiate Chaos Control to send Sonic and the rest back. Meanwhile, Eggman, Decoe, and Bocoe are being attacked with no permission from the president. Sonic destroys some of the robots attacking them as they run through a door on a small tower which then lifts up and turns into Eggman's newest flying fortress, the Grand Egg Imperial. Eggman, telling Sonic he told him he didn't need his help, gives him a small box with a computer microchip inside since he tried to save him. Sonic gives this to Tails and Chuck with turns out to be the last part they need for the machine. It's revealed the General of Area 99 is the blame. He sends his soldiers to kill president. Knuckles, Rouge and Topaz saves the president. The general is arrested. Later, they start up the portal but it shuts back down. Sonic gives them the emerald he found and they start it back up. Eggman, Decoe, and Bocoe, in the fortress, along with all the other creatures that came through from Sonic's world, go through the portal, but it shuts down again. Tails works on the portal and manages to get energy from Space Colony ARK and starts it back up. Amy, Cream, Cheese, Vanilla, Tails, Rouge, and Knuckles leave now and as Sonic is about to leave Chris says goodbye to him. Just as he's about to step through the portal, Chris runs over and shuts it down. | |||

| Chris runs away with Sonic as Chris' father, Nelson Thorndyke, sends helicopters out to look for them. Chris takes Sonic farther and farther, and Sonic seems apathetic about being kidnapped by his friend. After failing to find Chris with his helicopter fleet, Nelson and his wife are ready to try and buy Chris back with whatever he wants when fortunately Chuck persuades them they need to find Chris themselves, personally, by looking somewhere Chris would want them to find him. Eventually Chris takes Sonic to a lakeside cabin that Chris and his family used to go to when he was little, but stopped when his parents started becoming busier and busier. They make a campfire and Sonic tells Chris he'll stay if Chris wants him to. Chris realizes Sonic has to go and finally admits he was lonely before Sonic came, and was afraid he would be lonely again. Sonic expresses hope that he'll see Chris again someday. Soon after, Chris's mother and father reach the cabin, and find Chris on the dock alone, and glad to see them. | |||

Back in Sonic's world, everyone is wondering where Sonic is and why he hasn't come back yet. Even Eggman is flying around in his fortress loudly declaring his intentions of world domination, trying to get Sonic to show up to try and stop him. Unfortunately he does this late at night, and Amy and Tails, both not appreciating the noise and the reminder that Sonic isn't around, show up to try and shut him up. Flying in the Tornado, Tails is greeted with a surprise and a final gift from Chuck as the Tornado transforms into the Hyper Tornado, with new weapons that surprise Eggman. Eggman fires a new Interceptor Missile at Tails, then reveals he's only kidding around and attempts to detonate it before it reaches Tails, but fails. Super Sonic arrives just in time to destroy the missile and Eggman's fortress. While Eggman and company are actually glad about their defeat, Super Sonic flies off to meet Amy, who breaks down in tears now that Sonic's back and shows her affection for him by admitting she would wait forever for his return. Sonic gives her a rose and tells her he would never leave her and Amy takles him to the ground and hugs him and, for once, Sonic isn't annoyed. Meanwhile, after Knuckles and Rouge fight, Rouge shows affection for Knuckles by tackling him to the ground, and tickling him. Six years later in Chris' world, Chris has become a scientist and is working on a plan to visit Sonic's world. He has a flashback to the time he took Sonic to the lakeside house, and the audience sees that Sonic returned to his world using the power of Chaos Control. |

| In the episode's opening, Super Sonic is fighting against a mysterious robot. Super Sonic is unable to defeat him and he sends the Chaos Emeralds away to avoid his opponent to take them from him. Without the Emeralds, Sonic loses his energy and he falls to his planet. Another robot (a Metarex) follows him. Back on the planet, Tails, Amy, Cream & Cheese watch the sky and assist to a meteoric shower. However, a space ship crashes near them, carrying a strange alien girl named Cosmo. After introducing themselves, they are surprised by the arriving Metarex who starts destroying the forest with laser beams. Tails, accompanied by Cosmo, starts fighting it with the X-Tornado and he's soon joined by Knuckles. Sonic (who was rescued by Dr. Eggman) arrives but they can't beat the Metarex. The last Metarex was able to finish his duty: which was to remove the "planet egg". Cosmo explains that the planet egg "is the lifeforce that sustains their world". Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles make a last effort to save the Planet Egg, but the Meterex escapes. Cosmo then tells Sonic that he is the final hope to save the galaxy. At the same moment, Chris (who is now 18) completes his new machine that will transport him to Sonic's world. It works, but Chris arrives in his 12-year-old body. The reason this happens is because 1 year on Chris' world is only 1 month on Sonic's meaning that it's only been 6 months since Sonic and Chris last saw each other. | ||

Chris arrives in Sonic's world as his 12-year-old self. He makes contact with everyone, but Sonic faints shortly after. Apparently, the recent battle tailed him off. Back to Cream's house, Cosmo explains the Metarex goals and the consequences of the planet egg's removal. Cosmo also admits that she's the only survivor from her group, which was eliminated by the Metarex. Knuckle isn't trust Cosmo. Later, Chris tells Tails and Amy he was adult before arrival to Sonic's World. They tries to tell that to Sonic, but he has woke up and escaped by window. Then, Vanilla gives Chris his old clothes what she made from her memory. Chris begins change. Tails and Amy arrives as Chris finishes changing. They're very happy Chris' old clothes. Sonic returns to house. Everybody (except for Knuckles, who's suspicious of her) agrees that the Metarex must be stopped and they decide to go into space to destroy the Metarex and to find the lost Chaos Emeralds. Luckily for them, Tails has just finished to build his new invention: a big flying fortress called the Blue Typhoon. Unfortunately, his new ship used to be powered by the Chaos Emeralds. Chris thinks that they could use the Master Emerald. Knuckles disagrees, but with some female persuasion, he finally agrees. At the same time, another Metarex is sent to the planet in order to destroy Sonic and the Blue Typhoon. A fight engages between the Metarex and Sonic & Knuckles. Tails and Chris finds out they must activate Blue Typhoon using Master Emerald, but they can't do that without Knuckles. Tails calls Amy, Cream and Cosmo. Cream files to find Knuckles and she spots him battling with Metarex. Knuckles activates Master Emerald. At that moment, Cream visits Vanilla for a moment and says goodbye to her. Cream flies back to Blue Typhoon. With the help of the Typhoon's primary weapon, the "Sonic Power Cannon" ("Sonic Driver" in the original Japanese version), the Metarex is destroyed. Sonic falls to water, but he's rescued by Chris(who's on Hyper Tornado). The Blue Typhoon takes off, but it is followed by Dr. Eggman and Rouge. |

| The Blue Typhoon is now on its way to a new adventure. Knuckles thinks that a Chaos emerald is nearby due to the Master Emerald's reactions. A planet is located and according to Sonic's guidebook, this is a dry planet. However, they find out that it's covered by water. Accidentally separated of the others, Chris & Sonic arrive to a Metarex base, where several Metarex await them. The fight is engaged, but Chris, wanting to help his friend, is unable to punch a Metarex without hurting himself. Eventually, Sonic is captured and Chris is able to escape. Informing Tails of the situation, Chris wants to rescue Sonic with the X-Tornado, but Tails insists that Chris won't be capable of his own. This leads Chris to question himself about his utility in their mission. Chris gets depressed and he's having a memories of his 6 years:He was studying with Danny, he was taught flying by Chuck, and taught karate by Tanaka, he was working on pizzeria with Frances and he was on a date with Helen. Chris wants to help. Meanwhile, Amy arrives to Metarex base. Tails(who's on X-Tornado)arrives too. Finally, Amy and Tails succeed to rescue Sonic with the X-Tornado, but Metarex attack the plane and by accident, Sonic falls straight toward the water. Chris arrives with another plane and saves Sonic with his own invention: hover shoes. The Metarex are finally defeated, the water retires from the planet and the Dark Blue Chaos Emerald is found. Sonic is happy the water is dried and begins running after he returned his gadget to Chris. Meanwhile on Chris' World, Chuck, Linsey, Nelson, Helen, Danny and Frances discovers Chris is on Sonic's World. They dosen't understand how the teleport gate works. Linsey begins crying. Nelson confronts her and tells they must trust Chris. Helen tells Linsey Chris will be soon contact them. | ||

| After saving the planet in the former episode, Sonic and his friends are thanked in a feast. Dr. Eggman is watching the scene and he thinks about his next scheme to take away the Chaos emerald. Bokkun suggests a plan to Eggman, but the evil doctor doesn't notice that it has been elaborated by Rouge, who made her way to the Egg Carrier. Eggman soon finds Knuckles and he tries to persuade him that he tired to be a bad person and he wishes to leave the planet by using a Chaos Emerald. Knuckles believes him and he finds the others in order to take the Emerald they just found and to give it to Eggman. Sonic disagrees and both of them engage in a fight. Taking advantage of the situation, Eggman almost takes the Emerald, but he is stopped by Amy and the others. Then, a giant robot controlled by Bocoe and Decoe appears suddenly and it captures Cosmo. Eggman summons Sonic to give him the Emerald and he would let Cosmo go away. But at the same moment, a frog-shaped Metarex rises from the ground and it grabs the Emerald. Eggman let Cosmo go and he engages a fight against the Metarex. However, Eggman is defeated. It's Sonic's turn to fight the Metarex and, with the help of the Sonic Power Cannon and a Chris' trick, the blue hedgehog is victorious. The episode ends as Knuckles apologizes for being fooled by Eggman. | ||

With the help of Chris' new program, the Blue Typhoon spots a Chaos Emerald on planet Freezy. Followed by Dr. Eggman's Crimson Egg, the Blue Typhoon approaches planet Freezy, but it's attacked by a Metarex and it crashes on the planet. Rouge gives Bokkun another assigment or she tells Eggman about his secret. Bokkun gives Eggman hot chocolate and he falls asleep. Rouge goes to find Chaos Emerald. Meanwhile, Sonic, Chris, Knuckles and Cosmo decide to go get the Chaos Emerald with the X-Tornado because Blue Typhoon is damaged. Rouge is also on her way for getting the emerald before Sonic. Everybody has to fight Metarex before reaching an ice palace, where the emerald is supposed to be located. Sonic's group find it, but it's sealed in a solid ice block. A more powerful Metarex appears and gets power from the emerald to become even stronger. A fight engages and Cosmo finds the way to defeat it with a laser beam. The laser from Blue Typhoon defeats Metarex. Planet Egg gets trashed into planet and the snow disappears. Knuckles finds the Chaos Emerald but before he gets it, Rouge steals it. However, Tails discovers that the emerald was a fake one. Rouge crashes fake Emerald and screams. At that moment, Eggman is mad at Bokkun for falling asleep in mission. Bokkun wants to tell about the secret, but he can't tell. |

| The Blue Typhoon detects two Metarex who just stole a Planet Egg on a jungle planet. Sonic destroys the biggest Metarex with the Power Cannon, but he is launched too hardly and he falls straight to the planet. He crashes on Dr. Eggman, who is already on the planet, and he takes the Green Chaos Emerald that the evil doctor has just discovered. Having landed on the planet, Tails and Knuckles get aboard the X-Tornado in order to find Sonic, leaving Amy behind. Amy desperately wants to find Sonic by herself and she enters into the jungle. She is accompanied by Cosmo, who wants to find the Planet Egg, and Cream & Cheese, who don't want to be left alone. Discovering he was left alone, Chris contacts Tails, but at the same moment, the X-Tornado spots a Chaos Emerald. Inside the jungle, Amy, Cosmo, Cream & Cheese struggle to find Sonic and the Planet Egg, but they are captured twice by the small Metarex who survived the previous fight. However, they escape and are able to take possession of the Planet Egg. Sonic is still running in the jungle with the Chaos Emerald in his hand and he is found by Tails and Knuckles. Dr. Eggman arrives and he steals the emerald from Sonic. Sonic and Knuckles prepare to fight, but the girl group and the Metarex appear. Eggman captures everybody (even the Metarex). The Planet Egg begins reacting and huge creepers wraps everyone. Chris arrives and Sonic is able to free himself and with a little help from Tails and Chris, he defeats Eggman. Finally, the Planet Egg gets back where it belongs and Sonic & his friends get back to the Blue Typhoon with two Chaos Emeralds in account now. | ||

| Chris' grandfather, Chuck, finds a way to teleport material objects to Sonic's world. The stuff is discovered by Vanilla and she asks the Chaotix Detective Agency to deliver it to Chris. She's also worried about her daughter Cream and she asks them to check on her. Vector accepts, but Espio tells him that they don't have any space ship. However, Chuck also sends a space ship to Sonic's planet and the Chaotix are on their way. Aboard the Blue Typhoon, Sonic and Knuckles are playing chess. Knuckles takes time before moving a piece, and Sonic decides to take a quick walk on the ship. Accidentally, Sonic slips from the ship and he diverts into space. Knuckles leaves the Typhoon to retrieve him. Inside the ship, Tails points out that another space ship is approaching and everybody is convinced that it's a Metarex ship. Vector, Espio and Charmee try, one by one, to get aboard the Blue Typhoon, but they are all thrown out from it. They take a little distance from the Typhoon temporarily, but Tails pursues them. He discovers a little house on the Chaotix ship and he realizes that it wasn't an enemy ship. Chris and the other ones apology and everybody unburdens the Chaotix ship from the stuff sent by Chris' family. Vector, having misinterpreted Vanilla's wishes, decide to leave the Blue Typhoon, taking Cream with them. Vector kidnaps Cream, but Cosmo sneaks along with them. Luckily, Sonic is back and he fights Vector in order to take the girls back with him. Finally, an agreement is settled and Cream gets back to the Blue Typhoon. The episode closes in Eggman's Egg Carrier, where Rouge finds a strange capsule in a secret room. | ||

| The episode opens with a dream from Chris, where he remembers the events of Space Colony ARK and the loss of Shadow. He is awakened by Tails who tells him he has just found the signal from a Chaos Emerald. Inside the Crimson Egg, Rouge returns to the secret room she has just discovered and she spots the Red Chaos Emerald which is powering the strange capsule. She tries taking the emerald, but she launches an alarm and at the same time, she discovers that Shadow is currently hibernating inside the capsule. She's found out by Dr. Eggman. Eggman hires her to her team. The Blue Typhoon follows the Chaos Emerald's signal to a dark, abandoned planet. Sonic, Amy and Knuckles search inside an old castle, while Chris and Cosmo look inside an ancient colony. At one point in the castle this showed a little bit of Sonic's interest in Amy, When Amy fell through a glass mirror doorway, none then a second later Sonic screams, "AMY!" and he and Knuckles break right through the glass. A little later Sonic tells Amy to grab onto him tightly and Amy seems to blush a little. Sonic's group quickly notices that the castle is a trap. In fact, it's an illusion created by a Metarex. Meanwhile, Chris and Cosmo investigates the ARK and discovers the planet has been attacked by Metarex. Tails finds out he lost contact with Sonic's group and calls Chris and Cosmo. Chris brings Hyper Tornado and rescues Sonic's group from Metarex's clutches. This Metarex suddenly turns the castle into a sandtrap and catches Sonic. Chris saves Sonic. The Metarex makes a wall, but it's destroyed by Blue Typhoon laser. The Metarex attacks Sonic's group and Chris, who is in the Hyper Tornado. Tails tells Chris the only way to defeat Metarex is counter-attack. Sonic tries to counter-attack, but instead is electrified by the boss Metarex. Chris tries to save Sonic, but the Hyper Tornado gets damaged by the attack. At the same moment, in the Egg Carrier, Shadow awakens and he teleports himself to the fight place. He easily defeats the Metarex, saves Chris, and he shows his presence to everybody. Chris is knocked out after rescue. He wakes up and sees Shadow. He looks at Chris, who just said Shadow's name, and he disappears with the Purple Chaos Emerald. Shadow arrives to Crimison Egg near Eggman and Rouge. | ||

| The show opens with a fight involving a huge Metarex named Scarship and an armada of smaller ships. Scarship destroys every ship and he's assigned to a new mission: to destroy Sonic and Dr. Eggman. Inside the Blue Typhoon, everybody questions himself about Shadow's return. Aboard the Crimson Egg, Dr. Eggman finds out that Scarship is approaching and the battle engages. Eggman sends Shadow to destroy Scarship, but Shadow is unable to do the job. Rouge flees from the Crimson Egg, just before Starship sends a missile and seems to have destroyed it. Rouge informs the Blue Typhoon's crew of the situation and sends them images from the battle. Cosmo recognizes Scarship, it's the Metarex who destroyed her group's ship. Cosmo begs Tails to flee away, because she doesn't want to risk her friend's lives. However, Sonic and the others insist that they need to face Scarship. The battle starts and nobody gets the advantage. However, Sonic, Amy and Knuckles leave the ship unnoticed and they find a way to block Scarship's weapons. Scarship decide to destroy the Blue Typhoon by crashing into it. The Typhoon won't be able to get out of its way in time, but Shadow appears from nowhere and takes Scarship away. It appears that Eggman was able to escape from Scarship. Sonic and Shadow (Shadow still doesn't recognize Sonic at all) get inside Scarship and they destroy the engine room. However, Scarship won't ever surrender and it's about to self-destroy. Shadow is able to freeze time around it and Sonic defeats it with the Power Cannon. | ||

| The show opens with a sequence inside Cosmo's ship and ends when Scarship (see previous episode) destroys it, leaving Cosmo alone. Then, we find out the Blue Typhoon's crew on a new planet. It seems that there's a Chaos Emerald nearby. Tails, Knuckles and Cosmo follow the emerald's track to an abandoned city. Knuckles discovers a deep gorge. Lower, there's a cave. Tails and Cosmo enter, but Cosmo accidentally pushes a button which launches an avalanche and seals them inside the cave. Tails still receives the emerald's signal and he and Cosmo pursue their searches. Inside the Blue Typhoon, Amy receives a distress call from Knuckles and she informs Chris, Sonic, Cream and Cheese (who are all aboard the X-Tornado) of the situation. Inside the cave, Tails and Cosmo discover a big factory full of Metarex. They enter unnoticed and they find the Chaos Emerald inside a manufacturing plant of fake emeralds. They are found out by the Metarex, but they are able to escape with the White Chaos Emerald. Then, Tails fools the Metarex with special "fireflies". Tails and Cosmo are found retrieved by the Metarex and they steal the emerald from them. Tails engages a fight and Cosmo can take back the emerald. Tails is caught by a Metarex, but fortunately for them, Sonic and the others come to the rescue. Tails and Cosmo also are starting to have feelings for each other. | ||

| Dr. Eggman discovers that the last two Chaos Emeralds (Cyan and Yellow) are located inside a huge Metarex fortress. The Crimson Egg and the Blue Typhoon arrive on location at the same moment. Eggman suggests Sonic to put their efforts together in order to enter inside the fortress. His plan: a little group will enter first and disconnect the fortress' security system, so the other ones could penetrate. Eggman sends Shadow and Rouge while Chris volunteers to accompany them. Chris gives Shadow his rings, one real, second fake, while Rouge looks at them jealousy. They enter with the help of Chaos Control. Rouge tries to get away from Shadow and Chris to get the Chaos Emeralds for herself. She reminds Shadow of the ARK and Maria, which causes Shadow to drop his guard as he has a sort of 'meltdown'. Rouge tries to escape, but is ambushed by a Metarex. Shadow saves her and tells her not to run off. Chris finds the control room and they succeed in their job. Sonic & Knuckles penetrate in the fortress aboard the X-Tornado, Amy & Cosmo follow them and Eggman, Bocoe & Decoe are right behind. However, Eggman secretly installed a special device on each ship and he can take control of Sonic and Amy's ships. Eggman almost succeeds, but Sonic finds the emeralds first. The only thing: he is welcomed by an entire army of Metarex, led by Dark Oak, the Metarex leader, and the battle is about to begin. | ||

| The fight between Sonic and Dark Oak starts. Sonic directly attacks Dark Oak, but he instantly disappears: it was a hologram. Outside the fortress, a Metarex armada, led by Red Pine, is approaching. Surprisingly, the Red Pine army begins to attack their own fortress, while there still are Metarex inside. Meanwhile, Eggman calls Shadow and orders him to get back to ship. Shadow, Rouge and Chris are transported, via Chaos Control, inside the Egg Carrier. Chris finds a way to steal the emeralds found by Eggman and flees away by using one of Eggman's mini-ships. Shadow follows him and he stops him. Rouge grabs him and she wants Chaos Emeralds. Chris disagrees and Rouge drops him. Chris falls to his doom, but he's rescued by Knuckles, who's having a trouble in piloting X-Tornado. Chris and Knuckles, followed by Shadow and Rouge goes to save Sonic, Amy and Cosmo. The seven Chaos Emeralds are put together, transforming Sonic and Shadow into their super forms. Super Sonic and Super Shadow engage into a fight inside the fortress. At the same moment, a gravitational field is activated inside the fortress and it starts to destroy itself from the inside. The Metarex armada is destroyed, Super Shadow sees the Crimson Egg fly down to the center of the gravity field and jumps in to follow it and stay with it, while the Blue Typhoon escapes with the power of the Master Emerald. However, during the event, the seven Chaos Emeralds disappeared. Sonic, Amy, Knuckles, Chris, Rouge, Shadow and Cosmo are reunited with their teams. | ||

| The Blue Typhoon encounters the Chaotix ship. Once aboard the Typhoon, Vector and Espio explain that they lost themselves in space and that their radio got broken. Tails agrees to fix their ship and he warns them that he doesn't want any trouble on the Typhoon. The Chaotix watch the scene and Vector notices the growing relationship between Tails and Cosmo. In order to thank Tails for fixing his ship, Vector decides to help him winning Cosmo's heart. At the same time, Tails unintentionally discovers Cosmo's surprise: she plans to throw a party on the ship. After finishing the preparations, the Chaotix go get everybody to the party room when they cross Knuckles' path. Knuckles was used against his will in one of Vector's plans and he decides to take his revenge. They end up in the party room and they ruin everything. Arriving on the scene, Tails and Cosmo are disappointed, but Sonic says it's no problem and that they'll put everything back. He also thanks Cosmo for her party idea. The episode ends with Cosmo and Tails watching the stars outside in space. Meanwhile, Eggman, Decoe, Bocoe, Bokkun, Rouge and Shadow are strange after falling into cloister. Bokkun is happy when he's big and Decoe and Bocoe tries to hurt him. At the same moment, Eggman and Rouge are taking care of an injured, tired and distraught Shadow. | ||

| The Blue Typhoon is pulled into the Intergalactic Cloister, a strange region of space. Eager to do battle, Metarex Commander Yellow Zelkova launches an attack on the Blue Typhoon. Sonic and Knuckles team up to fight him, finding that Zelkova is too powerful for them. However, they then trick him into freeing the Blue Typhoon from a formation of space stalactites, and put him in line with the Sonic Driver cannon. They fire, and Zelkova is thrown back, but not destroyed. They then escape as he swears vengeance. Meanwhile, Chris finally tells Sonic he was adult before he arrived to Sonic's World. | ||

| Cream writes on her diary the battles with Metarex. Meanwhile, Sonic and the gang are attacked by Metarex, but Metarex escapes. Sonic and friends come across a barren planet with 500 Chaos Emerald signals coming from it. Black Narcissus is inside, and sends a message to the Typhoon, a message that only Cosmo can understand. He then sets off fireworks, allowing Cosmo to escape to the planet undetected. Unexpectedly, Chris follows, but Narcissus captures both him and Cosmo. When Chris tries to escape with Cosmo, Chris is attacked and stabbed (knocked out in the English version)by Black Narcissus. Black Narcissus holds him and Cosmo as a prisoners. Meanwhile, Sonic discovers their disappearance and calls the others. Sonic comes to rescue them and is horrified by their predicament, but because the Chaos Emeralds they detected were fake, Sonic draws upon their negative energies and becomes Dark Super Sonic. Dark Super Sonic then proceeds to destroy two Metarex robots Narcissus had prepared just for him for an "experiment" (Gold for strength and Silver for speed). Suddenly, Eggman appears and has Decoe and Bocoe hold Narcissus down while Bokkun kicks him, dealing some damage. Chris and Cosmo are saved by Shadow while Rouge destroys the machine that makes the fake Chaos Emeralds. Sonic returns to normal. Sonic and his friends then go back to the Blue Typhoon and Eggman talks to Black Narcissus about what's happened. Sonic, Chris and Cosmo are reunited with the others and Chris and Cosmo promises Tails to don't leave Blue Typhoon without saying. Eggman asks Black Narcissus he can't go to Metarex team as Blue Typhoon leaves the planet. | ||

| While traveling through space, Dr. Eggman and his forces come across a group of humans battling the armada of Pale Bay Leaf. The two groups talk, and Shadow and Rouge get to know a human girl named Molly. After seeing Shadow in battle, Molly comes to believe that Shadow is a hero of folklore named Black Wind. Shadow, Rouge and Molly infiltrate an old factory where they find the White Chaos Emerald. Eggman is then taken prisoner by the humans, revealing that they have made a deal with the Metarex. Molly flees in shame and dies by Pale Bayleef's lasers, while Shadow uses the Chaos Emerald to devastate the Metarex forces. At the end of it all, Shadow and Rouge look out into a sunset and Shadow gives the Chaos Emerald to Rouge, showing he finally trusts her with an Emerald and tells her to give it to Eggman while he walks away. Despite the damage, Pale Bay Leaf survives, and communicates with Dr. Eggman. | ||

| In this episode, Sonic and the others find a meteor in space while searching for the Chaos Emeralds. Tails pulls it in, and they find it to actually be a space ship. Inside, small chao-like creatures called Marmolians are discovered and it is revealed that they have the Green/Cyan Chaos Emerald. The Marmolians and Sonic go back to their home planet, the Planet Marmolim, and Sonic destroys a diseased part of the planet that encased the Planet Egg. Amy thinks they have magic on the planet, so she tries to put a love spell on Sonic. However, it ends up backfiring, and instead works on Tails and Cosmo at the end of the episode, leading to the two embracing while watching the moon. This episode basically confirms Tails and Cosmo's relationship, while Amy gets extremely angry that she didn't catch Sonic. Meanwhile on Chris' World, Helen, Danny and Frances are trying to find the fine password to teleport gate, but they fails. Helen, Danny and Frances vows to someday reunite with Chris. | ||

| While traveling in the Galactic Cloister, the Blue Typhoon comes under attack from the Metarex fleet, led by the three surviving commanders and Dr. Eggman. Sonic attempts to attack from the Sonic Driver, but Dr. Eggman deploys a shield that not only repulses Sonic's attack, but causes an overload explosion that puts Knuckles out of commission. With Sonic and Knuckles both out cold, Tails assumes command reluctantly until Cosmo boosts his confidence. Coming up with a plan, Tails pilots the Blue Typhoon towards a black hole in the Cloister. Sonic and Knuckles recover long enough to deploy the Sonic Driver, reversing the black hole and allowing the Blue Typhoon to escape. Visiting the medical bay, Tails is praised by the injured Sonic and Knuckles. | ||

| Following their battle with the Metarex fleet, Sonic and the gang are stranded on an alien planet with the Chaotix, who are running a cafe to pay for parts to their own ship. Dr. Eggman arrives looking for Sonic and the others, while Pale Bay Leaf waits in orbit to shoot the Typhoon down. Helping out Sonic and the gang, the Chaotix provide parts for their ship. However, Dr. Eggman provides the real assistance when he disguises the Crimson Egg as the Blue Typhoon and takes the full force of the Metarex attack. Pale Bay Leaf moves off, and no ambush awaits the real Typhoon once it takes off. | ||

| The Blue Typhoon arrives at a planet, but Metarex attacks. Sonic and Chris (who are on Hyper Tornado) go to stop them, but Yellow Zelkova arrives. Sonic and Chris are separated and attacked by Metarex. Sonic and Chris defeat Metarex and fly back to Blue Typhoon. Meanwhile, Yellow Zelkova attacks the Blue Typhoon, equipped with a special energy shield built by Dr. Eggman. Sonic attempts to stop him, but is unable to break through the shield. Picking up where they left off, Zelkova and Knuckles get into a fierce battle, during which Knuckles smashes Zelkova's knee and breaks the spurs on one of his gloves. Using cable from the Blue Typhoon, Sonic and the others channel lightning to overload Zelkova's shield. Zelkova's mechanical outer body is destroyed, revealing his flesh form beneath. Zelkova attacks, but is knocked into a nearby lava pit by Knuckles. Pale Bay Leaf informs Eggman of Zelkova's demise, mocking the failure of his shield. Shadow and Rouge find a fake Chaos Emerald at the top of the tree, but they hear groaning from its base. They find Leon (from the Resistance in Episode 68) being consumed by the tree, saying that the Metarex betrayed them. He also gives Shadow a memory chip and says it's not too late to destroy the Metarex. | ||

Shadow attacks the Blue Typhoon trying to kill Cosmo for reasons (at the time) unknown. The alert arrives. Sonic, Tails and Chris arrives to Cosmo's room to save her. Shadow attacks Sonic and Chris and makes them injured while Tails is running away with Cosmo. Shadow follows them. Amy and Cream rescues Sonic and Chris. Knuckles goes to find Tails, Shadow and Cosmo. Tails and Cosmo tries to escape by X-Tornado, but they're attacked by Shadow. Tails and Cosmo tries to escape. They sends Shadow to Sonic Driver Cannon and he gets blasted to space. Shadow returns to Blue Typhoon using Chaos Control by fake Chaos Emerald. Shadow attacks Tails and he's knocked out. Shadow attacks Cosmo. Tails wakes up and tries to defeat Shadow. The Metarex ship arrives and Dark Oak says Cosmo has a call White Seed. Dark Oak controls her hears and sees. Cosmo screams while her amulet is shining. Blue Typhoon gets surrounded by light and disappears. Meanwhile, Knuckles bumps into Rouge and she explains everything. |

Sonic and Chris wakes up from their injuries. Everyone are surprised after they landed on the deserted planet. Rouge tries to activate her ship, but it's damaged. Cosmo is knocked out. When the team discovers that Cosmo's brain is emitting a signal to the Metarex, they plan on trying to eliminate the signal, except that the signal is connected to the part of her brain that translates sounds and sight. While Tails and Cosmo are torn about this, Knuckles pushes for the surgery. Meanwhile, Amy starts searching for Sonic (as always), but ends up bumping into Rouge. They both discover that this planet is not only Cosmo's homeworld, but the Metarex's as well. They also discover that Cosmo's people were able to transform into huge dinosaur-like beings to protect their planet from an alien invasion. However, a few of them wanted to be able to completely destroy the alien horde, and so crystallized the Planet Egg in order to keep the transformation from sapping their energy. They eventually led to the abandonment of the planet. Cosmo, horrified by the fact that the Metarex are using her to spy on them, intends to leave, but Tails reassures her that they all will help her defeat the Metarex. Sonic and the rest of the gang also support the new resolution, and they all are ready for an attack on the Metarex, maybe the last attack. At the end of the episode, Chris tries to tell Shadow that he needs to help them, yet Shadow keeps refusing, but then Bokkun arrives, telling Shadow that Eggman has been captured by the Metarex. |

When Bokkun shows everyone Eggman's message (telling that the Metarex are starting to gather at galactic coordinates (0-0-0) because of a thousand-year prophecy), the gang starts lifting off to go beat the Metarex once and for all. Unfortunately, they leave Shadow behind! However, the Chaotix find Shadow and offer him a ride (for free, which is the surprising part) to galactic coordinates (0-0-0). Bokkun accidentally destroys the bridge and Tails shows everybody the new bridge. Once Sonic and the gang reach (0-0-0), they find the Metarex fleet there, ready while a Planet Egg warps in from another universe. The Egg is in the center of a planet of water, which, combined with the light of the Chaos Emeralds, help Dark Oak and two other Metarex to mutate into a giant plant-dragon mix! Sonic's fleet starts attacking the planet, but then Sonic is catapulted into the air by a pillar of water! Dark Oak then swallows Sonic, who plunges face-first into the planet. Meanwhile, Chris infiltrates Dark Oak's ship to blow Eggman, Bocoe, and Decoe out. At the same time, Shadow and the Chaotix fight more Metarex, Shadow asking every Metarex he comes across where Dark Oak is. Eventually, the ship comes apart to reveal a giant tree, which attaches to the aquatic planet and starts growing to an unimaginable size. |

Amy tries to rescue Sonic from the watery planet, but everyone else keeps her back, trying to come up with another plan. Then, Knuckles comes up with a brilliant idea: use the Master Emerald to cut off the energy supply to Dark Oak. The team charges up the Sonic Driver with the Master Emerald and fires it at Black Narcissus and Pale Bayleaf, destroying them. Unfortunately, after this is done, the Master Emerald shatters, and it is revealed that the Metarex have sucked up all the Chaos Emerald's energy. Dark Oak's beast head becomes extremely weak because of a hit from the Sonic Driver, and finally ceases movement. The planet expands, taking Dark Oak along with it. Inside the planet, Sonic sees what happens after the Forestation process is complete. He manages to fight a bunch of sand monsters and plant-like tentacles, only to find out he's fighting in a dream. Suddenly, Amy spots Sonic inside the planet is able to get Sonic out of there, crashing through the roots into the water to rescue him but is knocked unconscious. Sonic then catches Amy and stares at her in awe. However as Amy and Sonic are going down an energy sphere surrounds them, protects them and heals them. Chris (who's on Hyper Tornado) rescues Sonic and Amy. Shadow gets captured by the Metarex plant, but he's saved too. Crimison Egg gets damaged and lands on Blue Typhoon by accident. At that moment, Eggman tells Chris his 6 years are lost on Master Emerald. The energy gets failed. The energy will be repaired on years, Chris will be stuck on Sonic's World forever and his friends and family will be very worried. Suddenly, the planet condenses into a giant seed-like object. |

Sonic, Amy, Chris and Shadow (who are on Hyper Tornado) infiltrates the planet. The plants attacks them. Sonic and Shadow tries to counter-attack, but they fail. Sonic, Amy, Chris and Shadow are trashed to the Blue Typhoon and the Crimison Egg. When the giant seed finally reaches the final stage of its metamorphosis and starts sucking the life out of everyone except for Cosmo, she takes the Chaos Emeralds to Eggman, thinking that he'll know what to do. Unfortunately, Dark Oak attacks Cosmo, who drops the Chaos Emeralds into space. Thankfully, they close in on Sonic and Shadow, who use them to transform into Super Sonic and Super Shadow, and attack the Metarex seed. But, once they destroy it, they reveal an even smaller planet with a gravitational force that could potentially destroy the whole galaxy. Cosmo feels helpless but her mother, in her mind, assures her that she is the one who will save the galaxy. She then transforms into a new form and becomes determined to stop this once and for all. She flies over to the planet, passes through the gravitational force that neither Super Sonic nor Super Shadow could pass through, and plants herself on top of it. She then becomes a tree, saying that she has now immobilized Dark Oak. She tells Tails to load and fire the Sonic Driver and shoot it at the planet. Everyone is shocked and does not know whether or not to risk saving the galaxy if they're going to kill Cosmo in the process. Tails, however, is very hesitant, but Cosmo re-assures him that her seeds will be spread throughout the galaxy (English dub only). He then thinks back to all of the good times they've had and their love and, tearfully, fires Super Sonic and Super Shadow at the planet, completely destroying it. Tails and Cosmo, during the ending sequence (which was cut from the English dub), say farwell to each other. At the very end as Cosmo floats off, she says "I love you." |

The planet is destroyed and Cosmo is lost. Tails yells her name. Lucas is reunited with Herthia. Cosmo's ghost visits Tails and hugs him before she disappears. Super Sonic and Super Shadow are still battling with Metarex. The Metarex are destroyed. Super Shadow kicks Sonic away, trashes his rings and uses Chaos Control. Shadow then saves the day and vanishes. Everyone is worried about Shadow's and Cosmo's death. Sonic gives Tails a seed what Cosmo had. Tails begins crying. Planet Eggs returns to their homeworlds and Blue Typhoon and Crimison Egg returns to Sonic's World. Vanilla visits Chaotix and makes a picnic with them. Later on, she walks with Vector. Meanwhile, Amy and Cream brings the food for Tails to cheer him up from Cosmo's death. At that moment, Sonic is running on the planet. Chris and Knuckles tries to rebuild Master Emerald to send Chris back home, but they fail. Chris is stuck on Sonic's world forever. Rouge is worried about Shadow. Eggman finds her and fires her from his team. Chris is walking while looking for a place to build a house, but he bumps into Bokkun with message to see Eggman. Meanwhile, Sonic is lying under tree and hears Cosmo's voice. She tells Sonic she is with her family and friends and they have a new home. Chris finds Eggman and Chris sees the card what Bokkun gived to him is the ticket to home. Chris enters into rocket what in 3 minutes send Chris back or he will be stuck on Sonic's world forever. Chris flies away and thinks he isn't say goodbye with his friends. He spots Sonic and they say goodbye. The rocket dissappears. Eggman decides to recreate Eggman Empire if Chris is gone. Everyone is upset and they go stop Eggman as Tails is taking care of the seed while Chris is going back home. |
