For 29 years, Social Distortion have had numerous lineup changes and frontman Mike Ness has been the only constant member.

Their last line-up change was in 2005 after auditions were held to play bass after John Maurer left the band.

The following is a list of the lineups in Social Distortion's history, including members that were present on an album, touring musicians and side projects.
