This is the list of chapters of Phi Iota Alpha, the oldest intercollegiate Greek-letter fraternity established for men of Latino descent. The organization was founded on the campus of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1931. The organization celebrated it's 75^th Anniversary in 2006.

Phi Iota Alpha's membership includes many professionals, and several former presidents of Latin American countries.
