The following is a list of episodes for the reality television series, My Super Sweet 16. The series began airing on MTV on January 18, 2005 in the United States. My Super Sweet 16 documents the lives of typically upper-class American teenagers celebrating coming-of-age birthday parties. Parties include quinceañeras, sweet sixteens, and other special birthdays.
