This article lists all expressways in the Canadian province of Manitoba. None of these routes, except sections of Highway 1 and the Perimeter Highway, are currently freeways.

- Highway 59 ~ Winnipeg City Limits (south) to Brokenhead Indian Reserve
- Highway 1 ~ Entire route. There are also two sections of full freeway located in:
- Portage La Prairie Bypass ~ Highway 26 to Highway 1A
- SE Manitoba ~ Winnipeg City Limits to Ontario-Manitoba border

- Twinning, extending, and upgrading Highway 110 as an expressway.
