List of persons elected as Lieutenant Governor of Illinois and the Governor they served with. Illinois says Pat Quinn is the 45th Lt. Governor.[1] Coloring is based on party of the Governor, the Lt. Governor's party is bold if it differs from the Governor's party. This happened three times prior to the 1970 change in the state constitution. Only Simon was elected in the opposite party.
