This is a complete list of Jacksonville Jaguars head coaches. There have been two head coaches for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). The Jaguars franchise, along with the Carolina Panthers, joined the NFL as 1995 expansion teams. Jacksonville is one of three teams, including the Houston Texans and the New Orleans Saints, never to have played in either a Super Bowl or any other NFL Championship.
Tom Coughlin is the all-time leader in games coached and wins, yet is statistically the worst coach the Jaguars have had in terms of winning percentage, with .531.[1] Jack Del Rio leads all coaches in winning percentage with .563 (with at least one full season coached).[2]
The current coach is Jack Del Rio, who was hired on January 16, 2003.[3] Statistics correct as of January 12, 2008, after the end of the 2007 NFL season.
