The following is a list of episodes for the British BBC television drama, HolbyBlue. The drama began with its first series on 8 May 2007, and a second series which started on 20 March 2008. Twenty episodes have aired to date, although not all of them currently have a synopsis.

Luke and Mandy's second attempt at IVF fails, and Luke experiences split loyalties between Mandy and his mother. Kelly considers keeping a sizable sum of money she finds, but her conscience gets the better of her and she returns it. Lucy and Mac are held hostage in the station, resulting in Lucy being stabbed, while John discovers there is a mole on his team revealing information to Stenga, unaware that it is Harry. |

Lucy and Robert manage to prove Billy's innocence, but this is not enough to deter him from quitting the force. Later, Robert reveals that Lucy's new boyfriend is an infamous drug dealer, and forces her to end their relationship, before himself becoming involved with a woman suspected of carrying out a racist attack. Meanwhile, Neil is offered a promotion, and Luke makes up with Mandy and agrees to put his mother in a home. |

John confronts Harry about being the mole, and is then offered information in Stenga in return for his freedom. Realising he has been betrayed, Stenga holds Kate and the children hostage. John and Luke come to their rescue but are both shot in the process. Stenga is also shot and dies, while they recover. Harry is arrested, and Luke is delighted to learn that Mandy is pregnant. |
