These are the list of incumbent governors of the Philippines who were elected and took oath on June 30, 2007. National Capital Region doesn't have any governor, due to have many cities. All of those are formerly located at Rizal except Manila and Quezon City. Palawan was formerly in Region 4-B (Luzon) and signed by the congress to move to Western Visayas.
